因此，摩押人必为摩押哀号，人人都要哀号。你们要为吉珥‧哈列设的葡萄饼哀叹，极其忧伤。

看哪，我的仆人因心中喜乐而欢呼，你们却因心里悲痛而哀哭，因灵里忧伤而哀号。

因此，你们当腰束麻布，哭泣哀号，因为耶和华的烈怒并未转离我们。”
