Then I consulted with myself, and contended with the nobles and the rulers, and said to them,“ You exact usury, everyone of his brother.” I held a great assembly against them.

“如果你借钱给我的人民，就是与你们在一起的穷人，你对待他们不可像放债的人一样，不可在他们身上取利。

你不可向他收取高利，却要敬畏你的神，使你的兄弟可以与你一同生活。

你借给你兄弟的银钱、食物，或是任何可以生利的东西，都不可取利。借给外族人，你倒可以取利；只是借给你的兄弟，你就不可取利；好使耶和华你的神，在你要去得为业的地上，和你手里所办的一切事上，赐福给你。

“你们审判的时候，不可行不义；不可偏袒穷人，也不可偏帮有权势的人；只要按着公义审判你的邻舍。

豁免的方式是这样：债主都要把借给邻舍的一切豁免了，不可向邻舍和兄弟追讨，因为耶和华的豁免年已经宣告了。如果借给外族人，你可以向他追讨，但借给你的兄弟，无论你借的是什么，你都要豁免。

他对他们说：“你们行事，必须谨慎；因为你们审判，不是为人，而是为耶和华；你们审判的时候，耶和华必和你们同在。现在你们要敬畏耶和华；你们要谨慎行事，因为耶和华我们的神没有不义，不偏待人，也不受贿赂。”

他不拿自己的银子放债取利，也不收受贿赂陷害无辜；行这些事的人，必永不动摇。

“如果你借东西给你的邻舍，不论所借的是什么，总不可走进他的家里去拿抵押。你要站在外面，等那向你借贷的人把抵押拿出来给你。他若是个穷人，你不可留他的抵押过夜。到了日落的时候，你要把抵押品还给他，好使他可以用自己的衣服盖着睡觉，他就给你祝福，这在耶和华你的神面前，就算是你的义了。

在你里面有接受贿赂而流人血的；你借钱给人，收取利息，并且多要；你用欺压手段向你的邻舍榨取不义之财；你更忘记了我。这是主耶和华的宣告。

你说：“你们要寻求我的面！”那时我的心对你说：“耶和华啊！你的面我正要寻求。”

你们生气，却不可犯罪；在床上的时候，你们要在心里思想，并且要安静。（细拉）

坦白的责备，胜过暗中的爱。

你要传讲这些事，运用各样的权柄去劝戒人，责备人；不要让人轻看你。

常常犯罪的，你要当众责备他们，使其余的人也有所惧怕。

那里有一位耶和华的先知名叫俄德，出来迎接回到撒玛利亚来的军队，对他们说：“耶和华你们列祖的神因为恼怒犹大人，才把他们交在你们手里，你们却怒气冲天，杀戮了他们。现在你们又想强迫犹大人和耶路撒冷人作你们的奴婢。难道你们自己就没有得罪耶和华你们的神吗？你们现在要听我的话，把你们掳回来的兄弟释放回去，因为耶和华的震怒已经临到你们身上了。”于是以法莲人的几个首领，就是约哈难的儿子亚撒利雅、米实利末的儿子比利家、沙龙的儿子耶希西家和哈得莱的儿子亚玛撒，起来阻挡从战场回来的军队，对他们说：“你们不可把这些俘虏带进来，因为我们已经得罪了耶和华，你们想增加我们的罪恶和过犯，我们的过犯实在严重，耶和华的震怒临到以色列人身上了。”

神站在大能者的会中，在众神之中施行审判，说：（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）“你们不按公义审判，偏袒恶人，要到几时呢？（细拉）你们要为贫寒的人和孤儿伸冤，为困苦和穷乏的人伸张正义。要搭救贫寒和穷困的人，救他们脱离恶人的手。”

可是，矶法到了安提阿的时候，因为他有该责备的地方，我就当面反对他。

所以，从今以后，我们不再按照人的看法认识人；虽然我们曾经按照人的看法认识基督，但现在不再这样了。

耶和华啊！谁能在你的帐幕里寄居？谁能在你的圣山上居住呢？（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）

如果他再不听，就告诉教会；如果连教会他也不听，就把他看作教外人和税吏吧。

主耶和华这样说：“以色列的君王啊！你们所作的该够了吧。你们要除掉强暴和毁灭的事，施行公平和公义。不要再掠夺我子民的产业。这是主耶和华的宣告。
