我对他们说：“我们已尽了我们的能力，把那些卖了给外族人的同胞犹大人买赎回来，而你们还想要出卖你们的同胞，好让我们再把他们买回来吗？”他们都默不作声，无话可说。

我对他们说：“我们尽力赎回我们弟兄，就是卖与外邦的犹大人；你们还要卖弟兄，使我们赎回来吗？”他们就静默不语，无话可答。

我对他们说：“我们已尽力赎回我们的弟兄，就是卖到列国的犹太人；你们还要卖弟兄，让我们去买回来吗？”他们就静默不语，无话可答。

我对他们说：“我们已尽力赎回我们的弟兄，就是卖到列国的犹太人；你们还要卖弟兄，让我们去买回来吗？”他们就静默不语，无话可答。

我对他们说：“我们在尽力赎回那些被卖到外邦的犹太同胞，你们却要卖他们为奴，好让我们再赎回他们吗？”他们都沉默不语，无言以对。

我對他們說：「我們盡力贖回我們弟兄，就是賣與外邦的猶大人；你們還要賣弟兄，使我們贖回來嗎？」他們就靜默不語，無話可答。

我對他們說：「我們已盡力贖回我們的弟兄，就是賣到列國的猶太人；你們還要賣弟兄，讓我們去買回來嗎？」他們就靜默不語，無話可答。

我對他們說：「我們已盡力贖回我們的弟兄，就是賣到列國的猶太人；你們還要賣弟兄，讓我們去買回來嗎？」他們就靜默不語，無話可答。

我對他們說：「我們在盡力贖回那些被賣到外邦的猶太同胞，你們卻要賣他們為奴，好讓我們再贖回他們嗎？」他們都沉默不語，無言以對。

我對他們說：『我們已盡了力量來贖回我們的族弟兄猶大人、那些賣給外國人的；你們、你們還要賣你們的族弟兄，好讓他們又賣回給我們麼？』他們都不作聲，找不着話來說。

謂之曰、我同宗猶大人鬻於異邦、我儕盡力贖之、爾曹乃鬻同宗、且鬻於我儕耶、彼眾默然、無詞以對、

告之曰、我之同宗、猶大人、鬻於異邦、我盡力贖之、爾乃以同宗為奇貨乎、眾無詞以對。

謂之曰、有我同族猶大人被鬻於異邦、我盡力贖之、爾乃以同族人鬻於同族人乎、彼無辭以對、

and said:“ As far as possible, we have bought back our fellow Jews who were sold to the Gentiles. Now you are selling your own people, only for them to be sold back to us!” They kept quiet, because they could find nothing to say.

I said,“ Our Jewish brothers and sisters were sold to other nations. We’ve done everything we could to buy them back and bring them home. But look at what you are doing! You are actually selling your own people! Now we’ll have to buy them back too!” The people kept quiet. They couldn’t think of anything to say.

and said to them,“ We, as far as we are able, have bought back our Jewish brothers who have been sold to the nations, but you even sell your brothers that they may be sold to us!” They were silent and could not find a word to say.

At the meeting I said to them,“ We are doing all we can to redeem our Jewish relatives who have had to sell themselves to pagan foreigners, but you are selling them back into slavery again. How often must we redeem them?” And they had nothing to say in their defense.

and said,“ We have done our best to buy back our Jewish countrymen who were sold to foreigners, but now you sell your own countrymen, and we have to buy them back.” They remained silent and could not say a word.

And I said to them,“ We, according to our ability, have redeemed our Jewish brothers who were sold to the nations; now would you even sell your brothers that they may be sold to us?” Then they were silent and could not find a word to say.

And I said to them,“ According to our ability we have redeemed our Jewish brethren who were sold to the nations. Now indeed, will you even sell your brethren? Or should they be sold to us?” Then they were silenced and found nothing to say.

And I said unto them, We after our ability have redeemed our brethren the Jews, that were sold unto the nations; and would ye even sell your brethren, and should they be sold unto us? Then held they their peace, and found never a word.

and said,“ We have done our best to buy back our Jewish countrymen who were sold to foreigners, but now you sell your own countrymen, and we have to buy them back.” They remained silent and could not say a word.

And I said unto them, We after our ability have redeemed our brethren the Jews, which were sold unto the heathen; and will ye even sell your brethren? or shall they be sold unto us? Then held they their peace, and found nothing[ to answer].

I said to them,“ To the extent possible we have bought back our fellow Jews who had been sold to the Gentiles. But now you yourselves want to sell your own countrymen, so that we can then buy them back!” They were utterly silent, and could find nothing to say.

I said to them,“ We, after our ability, have redeemed our brothers the Jews that were sold to the nations; and would you even sell your brothers, and should they be sold to us?” Then they held their peace, and found not a word to say.

“在你中间寄居的外人或是客旅若是富足起来，你的兄弟在他那里却渐渐穷乏，把自己卖给住在你那里寄居的外人或客旅的家族，卖了自己以后，他仍有赎回的权利；他兄弟中的任何一个都可以赎他；他的叔伯或是他叔伯的儿子可以赎他，他家族中的骨肉至亲也可以赎他；如果他自己的经济能力改善，也可以自赎。

所以，我们一有机会，就应该对众人行善，对信徒更要这样。

“如果发现有人拐带了以色列人的一个兄弟，把他当作奴隶看待，或是把他卖了，那拐带人的就要处死；这样，你就把那恶从你中间除掉。

“拐带人口的，无论是把人卖了，或是还留在他手中，必要把那人处死。

因为凡是有的，还要给他，他就充足有余；凡是没有的，就算他有什么也要拿去。

如果你为了食物使你的弟兄忧愁，你就不再是凭着爱心行事了。你不可因着你的食物，使基督已经替他死了的人灭亡。

众领袖都不敢作声，他们的舌头紧贴上颚。

他按照各人的才干，一个给三万个银币，一个给一万二千个银币，一个给六千个银币﹙原文作“五个，二个，一个他连得”；一个他连得等于六千个银币。﹚，然后就远行去了。

然而我们晓得，凡律法所说的，都是对在律法之下的人说的，好让每一个人都没有话可讲，使全世界的人都伏在神的审判之下。

因为人要是有愿意作的心，按照他所有的，必蒙悦纳，不是按照他所没有的。

就对他说：‘朋友，你没有婚筵的礼服，怎能进到这里来呢？’他就无话可说。

因此，基督已经为他死了的那软弱的弟兄，就因你的知识而灭亡了。

他们惊惶失措，不再回应，他们没有什么可说的话了。
