天神謂曰：『勿驚、予來報爾嘉音、福於普天生靈。

耶穌進前曰：『天上地下一切諸權、已賦於我。

福音已昌明。正義燭兆域。恆懷信與仁。眷顧我義塞。救恩被邇遐。舉世所目擊。

我見之、即殭仆其足前、渠以右手撫我曰：「毋懼、予乃無始之始、無終之終；永生不變；死於一時、而生於永古；掌握死亡及地獄之管籥者。

念斯救恩、實爾所備；普天生靈、咸仰其惠；萬國之光、義塞之輝！』

夫我乃諸聖中之至微者、竟亦蒙此殊恩、得在異邦人中弘宣基督不可思議之厚澤、

天神曰：『予乃素侍主前之嘉必爾也。今奉使來語、報茲嘉音、屆時必驗、汝乃不吾信；

是在爾等篤守信德、確乎不拔、以保因聞福音而得之希望而已。此福音已布於普天生靈、而我葆樂竟得供役於斯。

耶穌亟謂之曰：『爾可安心、我也、勿懼。』

天神復曰：『瑪莉雅、勿驚！爾實見寵於天主、

天神謂婦曰：『毋懼！吾知爾所覓者、乃為被釘死之耶穌。

於是乃囑之曰：『爾曹當徧歷寰宇、宣福音於普天生靈。

吾儕報爾佳音：天主嚮所許諾於吾祖者、已踐履於吾人。蓋天主已令耶穌復活矣。

苟非奉遣、誰得傳之。經云：『美哉傳報嘉訊者之足音也！』

天神曰：『沙加理毋懼、爾禱已蒙垂聽、汝妻依灑白爾、將為爾舉一子、宜名如望。

無何、耶穌周遊城鄉傳道、宣揚天主國之福音；十二門徒從行；

俾痛悔赦罪之道、得藉其名而傳於世、始自耶路撒冷以達萬邦。

『時已盈矣、天主之國伊邇。爾眾其悔過自新、虔信福音。』

亦欲使異邦人民、感荷天主洪恩、而心歌腹詠焉。經云：『欲在萬民前、鼓琴詠爾名。』又云：『願爾萬邦民、咸同義塞樂。』又云：『萬邦共稱主、億兆齊頌美。』而意灑雅書亦曰：『葉瑟之根苗、掘興治萬邦；萬邦所依恃生靈所仰望。』
