我語汝、必速伸之矣、雖然、人子至、將見信於世乎、○

吾語汝、冤之伸也忽焉、人子至、詎見信於世乎、○

我告爾、必速伸其冤矣、但人子臨時、豈見世有信德乎、○

予實語爾、天主必迅予昭雪矣。雖然、人子重臨之日、猶能見篤信之德、存於人世否乎？』

I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

我们要坚守所宣认的指望，毫不动摇，因为应许我们的那位是信实的。我们要彼此相顾，激发爱心，勉励行善；不可停止聚会，好像那些停止惯了的人，倒要彼此劝勉，既然知道那日子临近，就更当如此。如果我们领受真理的知识以后仍故意犯罪，就不再有赎罪的祭物，

那时，人要使你们陷在患难里，也要杀害你们；你们又要为我的名被万民憎恨。那时，会有许多人跌倒，也会彼此陷害，彼此憎恨；且有好些假先知起来，迷惑许多人。因为不法的事增多，许多人的爱心渐渐冷淡了。但坚忍到底的终必得救。

挪亚的日子怎样，人子的日子也要怎样。那时，人又吃又喝，又娶又嫁，直到挪亚进方舟的那日，洪水就来，把他们全都灭了。同样，就像在罗得的日子，人又吃又喝，又买又卖，又耕种又建造，到罗得离开所多玛的那日，有火与硫磺从天上降下来，把他们全都灭了。人子显现的日子也要这样。

他们因贪婪，要用捏造的言语在你们身上取得利益。他们的惩罚，自古以来并不迟延；他们的灭亡也必迅速来到。

亲爱的，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是：主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主没有迟延他的应许，就如有人以为他是迟延，其实他是宽容你们，不愿一人沉沦，而是人人都来悔改。

耶和华啊，求你速速应允我！我的心神耗尽！求你不要转脸不顾我，免得我像那些下入地府的人一样。求你使我清晨得听你慈爱的声音，因我倚靠你；求你使我知道当走的路，因我的心仰望你。耶和华啊，求你救我脱离我的仇敌！我往你那里藏身。

弟兄们，关于那时候和日期，不用人写信给你们，因为你们自己明明知道，主的日子来到会像贼在夜间突然来到一样。人正说平安稳定的时候，灾祸忽然临到他们，如同阵痛临到怀胎的妇人一样，他们绝逃脱不了。

神在其中，城必不动摇；到天一亮，神必帮助这城。

注意！你们这些富足人哪，要为将要临到你们身上的灾难哭泣、号啕。你们的财物腐烂了，你们的衣服被虫子蛀了。你们的金银都生锈了；这锈要证明你们的不是，又要像火一样吞吃你们的肉。你们在这末世只知道积蓄钱财。工人给你们收割庄稼，你们克扣他们的工钱；这工钱在喊冤，而且收割工人的冤声已经进入万军之主的耳朵了。你们在地上享奢华宴乐，把自己养肥了，等候宰杀的日子。你们定了义人的罪，把他杀害，他没有抵抗你们。所以弟兄们，你们要忍耐，直到主来。看哪，农夫等候着地里宝贵的出产，耐心地等到它得了秋霖春雨。你们也要忍耐，坚固你们的心，因为主来的日子近了。

因为假基督和假先知将要起来，显大神迹、大奇事，如果可能，要把选民也迷惑了。
