“ They make ready their tongue like a bow, to shoot lies; it is not by truth that they triumph in the land. They go from one sin to another; they do not acknowledge me,” declares the Lord.

“ They get ready to use their tongues like bows,” announces the Lord.“ Their mouths shoot out lies like arrows. They tell lies to gain power in the land. They go from one sin to another. They do not pay any attention to me.

They bend their tongue like a bow; falsehood and not truth has grown strong in the land; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not know me, declares the Lord.

“ My people bend their tongues like bows to shoot out lies. They refuse to stand up for the truth. They only go from bad to worse. They do not know me,” says the Lord.

They bent their tongues like their bows; lies and not faithfulness prevail in the land, for they proceed from one evil to another, and they do not take me into account. This is the LORD’s declaration.

“ They bend their tongue, as their bow, for falsehood. They have grown strong in the land, but not for truth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they don’t know me,” says Yahweh.

其舌乃毒矢、而出詐言、對於鄰里、口言平康、心伏殘害、

斯代之人、咸歸其祖、又興一代、不知耶和華、及其為以色列人所行之事、○

我民蒙昧、而不我識、愚蠢之子、罔有聰慧、行惡有智、行善無智、○

悖逆不認耶和華、違離不從我上帝、出暴戾叛逆之言、衷懷虛偽、口以宣之、公平卻退、仁義遙立、誠實顚於衢、正直不得入、誠慤無存、去惡者被虜、耶和華鑒之、惡其無義、

厥喉如未封之墓、舌施詭詐、脣藏蝮毒、

以利二子、匪類也、不識耶和華、

故勿懼、爾較多雀尤貴也、凡認我於人前、我亦認之於我天父前、凡不認我於人前、我亦不認之於我天父前、○

耶和華歟、尚其援我、脫於誑口詭舌兮、詭舌歟、當何以予之、何以加之、即以武士之利矢、羅騰之爇炭兮、

爾舌運用邪惡、如銛利之薙刀、詭譎是行兮、爾好惡逾於善、好誑逾於義兮、詭詐之舌、毀滅之言是好兮、

耶穌曰、我若自榮、我榮則無矣、榮我者乃我父、即爾所言爾之上帝也、爾未嘗識之、而我識之、若云不識、則誑如爾矣、惟我識之、而守其道、

愛友乎、我方以我儕共得之拯救、殷勤書於爾、遂不得已以書勸爾、為道力爭、即授於諸聖一次而已者、

當此姦惡之世、凡恥我及我之道者、人子以父榮偕聖使而臨時、亦將恥其人矣、

諸兄弟因羔之血並所證之道勝之、乃不愛己生以至於死也、

概毋為敵所驚、其表彰也、於彼則為敗亡、於爾則為濟救、乃由上帝也、

斯世之靈、盲其中不信者之心、使基督有榮之福音、光不之照、夫基督上帝像也、我儕所宣非己、乃基督耶穌為主、己則緣耶穌為爾僕耳、蓋命光由暗而照之上帝、已照我心、俾知上帝榮之光、即顯於耶穌基督之面者也、○

但行惡與矯誣者、其惡日滋、迷人而亦受迷、

永生也者、識爾為獨一之真上帝、與爾所遣之耶穌基督也、

各迋其鄰、不言誠實、舌習誑言、作惡致憊、

不復各訓其鄰里昆弟曰、當識耶和華、蓋自尊逮卑、皆必識我、我將宥其愆尤、不復憶其罪戾、耶和華言之矣、

彼眾礪舌如刃、以苦語為矢、而擬準兮、欲暗射完人、遽發而無懼兮、

惟爾不從、不傾耳以聽、乃強厥項、作惡甚於列祖、

彼知識中既不願有上帝、上帝遂任其喪心、行非宜之行、

我不以福音為恥、是乃上帝之能、以救凡信者、先猶太人、次希利尼人、

以色列人歟、其聽耶和華言、耶和華與斯土居民爭辯、因其境內無誠實、無仁慈、無識上帝之知識、惟妄誓、失信、殺戮、偷盜、姦淫、殘暴是行、疊流人血、故斯士愁慘、居民野獸、飛鳥衰殘、海魚被取、

厥手惟惡是營、而亟行之、牧伯徇情、士師貪賄、大人言其中心之惡欲、共同組織之、其至善者、等於荊榛、其至正者、劣於棘籬、爾守望者所宣懲罰之日、今已至矣、爾必驚擾、勿信鄰里、勿恃友朋、對爾懷中之婦、亦守爾口、

爾手污於血、爾指染於惡、口出虛詞、舌談邪慝、其人涉訟、不依公平、申訴不循真實、恃虛偽、言誕妄、懷殘害、生邪慝、煦嫗蝮卵、組織蛛網、食其卵者必死、其卵被踐、則蝮出焉、

彼為貧乏伸冤、遂得亨通、耶和華曰、如是豈非識我乎、
