No one is greater in this house than I am. My master has withheld nothing from me except you, because you are his wife. How then could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God?”

大衛謂拿單曰、我獲罪於主、拿單曰、主亦赦爾罪、不致死亡、

至三日、約瑟謂之曰、我畏天主、有一事爾行之、

我惟得罪於主、在主之前行惡、主譴責我乃合理、審鞫我乃公義、

天主夢中謂之曰、我亦知爾行此、爾心實正、故我阻爾近婦、免爾獲罪於我、

若爾不如是行、則獲罪於主、亦當知此罪必及爾身、

淫人妻者亦若是、凡捫之者斷非無罪、

所求於家宰者、惟欲其忠也、

如我心為婦女所惑、如我心為婦女所惑或作若我心迷惑向婦女起淫念在比鄰之門外窺伺、願我妻為他人推磨、他人與之同寢、緣此為大罪、為有司所當罰之惡、此罪如火、焚燬至盡、滅我所有、

凡遇之者、則吞噬之、其敵曰、主為斯民之福田、其列祖所恃者、彼獲罪於主、我儕吞噬之、不足為罪、

惟彼夙興、縱欲無度、各貪其鄰之妻、若肥馬鳴嘶、以牡求牝、主曰、有若是之事、我豈能不降罰、有若是之民、我豈能不報復、

凡由天主而生者、不作罪、蓋天主之種存於其內、彼由天主而生、故不能犯罪、

人若獲罪干犯主、或受人之付託、或為貿易受人之財、諱之曰未受、或奪人之物、或詐人之財、

勿竊其物、惟當盡忠、以致凡事榮我救主天主之教、○

不知而作當撲之事、見撲必少、蓋凡人多予之、必向之多求、多託之、必向之多索、

蓋我恐天主降災、自知不能當天主之威、

眾當以婚姻為貴、床勿玷污、惟苟合行淫者、天主必定其罪、

哀哭日既畢、大衛遣人召之入宮、為大衛妻、從大衛生子、然大衛所為、主不悅之、

縱欲之行、顯而易知、即姦淫、苟合、污穢、邪侈、拜偶像、巫術、結仇、爭鬥、媢嫉、忿怒、釁隙、朋黨、異端、媢嫉、兇殺、沈湎、饕餮之類、我昔告爾、今復告爾、凡行此者、必不得天主之國、

在我以前之舊方伯、向民索供給、日索糧與酒、並銀四十舍客勒、日索糧與酒並銀四十舍客勒或作為糧為酒日索銀四十舍客勒僕從亦勒詐於民、亦勒詐於民或作亦挾制民我敬畏天主、不敢如是以行、

凡犬類、巫覡、行淫者、殺人者、拜偶像者、好誑言、並造誑言者、皆在邑外、○

故主如是云、我必除爾於世、今年爾必死、因爾所言、使民違逆主、

凡姦人之妻者、姦夫淫婦、俱治之死、

我曰、如我者、豈可逃遁乎、如我者、豈可入殿以保生命乎、豈可入殿以保生命乎或作豈可入殿而生乎我不入、

豈不知不義之人、必不得天主之國、勿自欺、凡行淫者、拜偶像者、姦人妻者、為孌童者、親男色者、盜竊者、沈湎者、詬詈者、勒索者、皆不得天主國、

但彼畏怯者、不信者、可憎者、兇殺者、淫亂者、有邪術者、拜偶像者、與一切言誑者、必受苦於硫磺火坑中、此乃第二次之死、○

爾可治我家、我民皆當聽爾命、我較爾尊、僅在國位、

亞伯拉罕謂治理全業者、其家之老僕或作謂其家宰即理其全業之僕曰、爾當置手於我髀下、

淫人妻者甚為無知、行此者必喪己命、

夜夢天主臨之曰、爾因取此婦當死、以其為他人之妻也、
