乃日於殿中、或在寓所、誨人不倦、而宣耶穌為基督焉。

週之首日、吾儕聚會析餅、葆樂以翌晨將起行、與同人暢談以迄午夜。

求主教我。服膺聖道。惟精惟一。是則是效。

蓋吾儕所引以為榮、而問心無疚者、則吾儕立身處世、尤在爾我之間、一秉天主之正直及至誠、不徇私智、惟恃天主聖寵而已。

天既曙、有司遣隸傳語、釋此二人。

恆心守持宗徒之訓、踐履相愛之道、共食所析聖餅而祈禱焉。

既入城、登一樓房、即諸徒之所寓也。諸徒者、伯鐸祿、若望、雅谷伯、安德烈、斐理伯、多默、巴多樂茂、瑪竇、亞爾弗子雅各伯、奮銳黨西門、雅谷伯之弟樹德是也。諸徒同心一德、堅毅祈禱、尚有婦女數人、及耶穌聖母瑪莉雅與昆弟亦與之偕。

勸慰者勸慰。布施務廣、治人務勤。矜貧恤寡、難得滿腔和氣；

竊謂爾等集會、其意不在聖餐也。蓋每人各先食其自備之餐；於是不獲一飽者有之、而縱飲無度者亦有之。嗚呼、爾豈無私宅為爾飲食之所乎？抑爾藐視天主聖堂、而欲以飲食炫耀窮人之耳目乎？然則、吾將何言、謂吾與爾乎、吾弗與也。

為奴者應服從其世俗之主人、一切惟命、毋陽奉陰違、一如專務取悅於人者之所為、務宜表裏如一；畏主故也。

乃相與入室、餐時、耶穌持餅祝謝、剖而授之、

目為一身之燈；目正則清明在躬、

我既每飯不忘主恩、奈何以謝恩之由、轉成他人訾議之因。是故飲食舉止、皆須以天主之光榮為前提。

申初祈禱、伯鐸祿若望入聖殿。

昧爽、宗徒入殿、如命施訓。大司祭及其黨徒既集、召會眾並義塞長老、遣吏往獄中提宗徒。

第能心存慈善、施人以德、則物之於爾、無不潔矣。

顧吾所惴焉而懼者、惟恐爾向主之忠心失其淳樸、如夏娃之見誘於譎虺耳。
