So I said,“ I will not be your shepherd. What is to die, let it die. What is to be destroyed, let it be destroyed. And let those who are left devour the flesh of one another.”

我就说：“我不牧养你们。要死的，由他死；要丧亡的，由他丧亡；余剩的，由他们彼此相食。”

and said,“ I will not be your shepherd. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish. Let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”

So I said,“ I won’t be your shepherd anymore. Let those of you who are dying die. Let those who are passing away pass away. Let those who are left eat one another up.”

So I told them,“ I won’t be your shepherd any longer. If you die, you die. If you are killed, you are killed. And let those who remain devour each other!”

Then I said,“ I will no longer shepherd you. Let what is dying die, and let what is perishing perish; let the rest devour each other’s flesh.”

Then I said,“ I will not pasture you. What is to die, let it die, and what is to perish, let it perish; and let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”

Then I said,“ I will not feed you. Let what is dying die, and what is perishing perish. Let those that are left eat each other’s flesh.”

Then said I, I will not feed you: that which dieth, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let them that are left eat every one the flesh of another.

Then I said,“ I will no longer shepherd you. Let what is dying die, and let what is going astray go astray; let the rest devour each other’s flesh.”

Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.

I then said,“ I will not shepherd you. What is to die, let it die, and what is to be eradicated, let it be eradicated. As for those who survive, let them eat each other’s flesh!”

Then I said,“ I will not feed you. That which dies, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let those who are left eat each other’s flesh.”

He shall come and strike the land of Egypt, giving over to the pestilence those who are doomed to the pestilence, to captivity those who are doomed to captivity, and to the sword those who are doomed to the sword.

And you shall eat the fruit of your womb, the flesh of your sons and daughters, whom the Lord your God has given you, in the siege and in the distress with which your enemies shall distress you.The man who is the most tender and refined among you will begrudge food to his brother, to the wife he embraces, and to the last of the children whom he has left,so that he will not give to any of them any of the flesh of his children whom he is eating, because he has nothing else left, in the siege and in the distress with which your enemy shall distress you in all your towns.The most tender and refined woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground because she is so delicate and tender, will begrudge to the husband she embraces, to her son and to her daughter,

And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying,“ It was necessary that the word of God be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles.For so the Lord has commanded us, saying,“‘ I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.”

“‘ Go to this people, and say,“ You will indeed hear but never understand, and you will indeed see but never perceive.”For this people’s heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed; lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.’Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will listen.”

Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits.

I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”

Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts the land is scorched, and the people are like fuel for the fire; no one spares another.They slice meat on the right, but are still hungry, and they devour on the left, but are not satisfied; each devours the flesh of his own arm,Manasseh devours Ephraim, and Ephraim devours Manasseh; together they are against Judah. For all this his anger has not turned away, and his hand is stretched out still.

Then the disciples came and said to him,“ Why do you speak to them in parables?”And he answered them,“ To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

“ When one of this people, or a prophet or a priest asks you,‘ What is the burden of the Lord?’ you shall say to them,‘ You are the burden, and I will cast you off, declares the Lord.’

Let them alone; they are blind guides. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

Therefore fathers shall eat their sons in your midst, and sons shall eat their fathers. And I will execute judgments on you, and any of you who survive I will scatter to all the winds.

And seeing a fig tree by the wayside, he went to it and found nothing on it but only leaves. And he said to it,“ May no fruit ever come from you again!” And the fig tree withered at once.

therefore, behold, I will surely lift you up and cast you away from my presence, you and the city that I gave to you and your fathers.

So he said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come.”

So Jesus said to them,“ The light is among you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

And when they ask you,‘ Where shall we go?’ you shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord:“‘ Those who are for pestilence, to pestilence, and those who are for the sword, to the sword; those who are for famine, to famine, and those who are for captivity, to captivity.’I will appoint over them four kinds of destroyers, declares the Lord: the sword to kill, the dogs to tear, and the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth to devour and destroy.

Let their own table before them become a snare; and when they are at peace, let it become a trap.Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see, and make their loins tremble continually.Pour out your indignation upon them, and let your burning anger overtake them.May their camp be a desolation; let no one dwell in their tents.For they persecute him whom you have struck down, and they recount the pain of those you have wounded.Add to them punishment upon punishment; may they have no acquittal from you.Let them be blotted out of the book of the living; let them not be enrolled among the righteous.

And I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and their daughters, and everyone shall eat the flesh of his neighbor in the siege and in the distress, with which their enemies and those who seek their life afflict them.’

See, your house is left to you desolate.For I tell you, you will not see me again, until you say,‘ Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”
