the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not knowand will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

My heritage has become to me like a lion in the forest; she has lifted up her voice against me; therefore I hate her.

but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”

And I will destroy your high places and cut down your incense altars and cast your dead bodies upon the dead bodies of your idols, and my soul will abhor you.

Do not spurn us, for your name’s sake; do not dishonor your glorious throne; remember and do not break your covenant with us.
