You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.

But you are not ruled by the power of sin. Instead, the Holy Spirit rules over you. This is true if the Spirit of God lives in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to Christ.

You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.

But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you.( And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.)

正惟吾人之為兒女、故天主以其聖子之神、注於吾人之心、俾孺慕之情、油然而生、而發為呼親喊父之聲。

豈不知天主已賜爾以聖神、而爾身即為聖神之宮殿乎？爾身非復爾之所有；

且依恃寓於吾人懷中之聖神、守此至寶、莫使被劫也。

恩師非他、真諦之神是已。世俗不見此神、不識此神、故不克受之；爾則識之、以彼與爾偕、寓於爾故。

爾豈不知爾乃天主之宮殿、天主聖神之所寓乎？

即爾等異族之人、亦得耹福音之真諦、而與基督合為一體、且緣爾之信、咸得憑天主之恩諾、而受聖神之印證矣。

蓋聖神惟生之法、已因基督而脫吾人於罪與死之法矣。

生於血肉者、屬於血肉、生於神者、乃屬於神。

苟得復活耶穌者之神寓於爾心、則彼既能起耶穌於死亦必憑其寓爾心中之神、復活爾有死之肉身矣。

凡屬於基督者皆已將其肉體及一切情慾同釘於十字架。

予為若輩求、非為世求。若輩乃父所賜於予、而仍屬於父者也。蓋凡予所有、皆父所有、凡父所有、皆予所有。且予亦已因若輩而見榮矣。

且予固知因爾等之虔求、並賴耶穌基督之神助、一切境遇、無非玉我於成、俾獲靈救、

爾等亦為此廣廈之一部、聖神所建於同一隅石之上、以供天主之居停者也。

惟此中亦各按其序：基督實為先薦之果、而信奉基督者之復活、則有待乎基督之重臨；

夫以爾等罪人、尚知以嘉惠賜爾兒女；況在爾之天父、有不更以聖神賦予求之者乎！』

天主之殿與人造之像、不能相親。蓋吾人固永生天主之聖殿也。天主不云乎：『吾欲寓於其中、吾欲為彼等之天主、而彼等則吾之子民也。』

吾人固知吾人寓於天主之懷、而天主亦寓於吾心也。何以故、以天主已賦吾人以聖神、使吾人得與之心交神契矣。

可愛哉小子、爾等則本乎天主、而戰勝若輩矣。無他寓於爾內者、實遠勝乎寓於世間者也。

此輩即挑撥離間、使人分裂、但有血氣、全無靈感者也。願我愛友、黽勉自勵；於爾神聖之信仰上、好自建立；常憑聖神之默感、以祈以禱；庶克長遊於天主聖愛之中、而望我主耶穌基督加以慈惠、賜以常生。

懇求吾主耶穌基督之天主、光榮之父、賜爾明智、啟爾妙慧、俾爾洞識真主；開爾靈眼、俾明聖召之希望無窮、諸聖光榮嗣業之蘊藏無限、

總之、凡守天主之誡命者、常寓於天主之懷、而天主亦常寓於其心。然吾何由知天主之常寓吾心、亦惟憑其所賜於我之聖神耳。

蓋基督神靈、啟迪先知之衷、故彼等能逆知基督之先苦後樂、與夫其事之成於何時何世。

天主所遣者、傳天主之訓、以天主賦以聖神、無有限量故、

凡不見錄於生命冊者、皆投入火池。

何爾等眼光之淺耶！若有自矜其為基督之僕、曷一思吾儕亦未嘗非基督之僕也。

是故切勿因人而誇也；應知萬物皆備於爾矣。葆樂也、亞波羅也、基法也、宇宙也、生也、死也、現在也、將來也、一切之一切也、皆屬於爾矣、爾則屬於基督、而基督屬於天主。

凡厥名自創世以來未錄於被宰羔羊之生命冊者、咸將翕然、景仰此獸。
