但如今，我們既然在那捆綁我們的律法上死了，就脫離了律法，結果我們得以按照聖靈的新樣式來服事，而不按照律法條文的舊樣式。

今於素所縛我之律、既脫之若死、致我之奉事、不以文之舊、而以神之新矣、○

今既脫繩我之法、得服事主、非藉虛文于疇昔、乃感聖神而維新、

今則得釋於律法、蓋繫我者、我已脫之若死、使我儕事主不以文之舊者、乃以神之新者、

今則吾人既死於曩時所受之束縛乃得灑然脫於律法之權下；是宜以自由自在之精神、昭事天主、不當再拘泥於文字之陳跡矣。

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have died to what used to control us. We have been set free from the law. Now we serve in the new way of the Holy Spirit. We no longer serve in the old way of the written law.

But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.

But now we have been released from the law, since we have died to what held us, so that we may serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the old letter of the law.

因此，我的弟兄們，你們藉著基督的身體，在律法上也被處死了，使你們歸向另一位，就是從死人中復活的那一位，好讓我們能為神結出果子來。

所以，我們藉著洗禮歸入死，和他一同埋葬，好使我們也能以生命的新樣式行事為人，就像基督藉著父的榮耀從死人中復活那樣。

只是在這信仰臨到之前，我們都被圈在律法之下受看守，直到這將要來臨的信仰被啟示出來。這樣，律法一向是我們的導師，直到基督，好使我們能因信稱義。不過，這信仰既然已經臨到，我們就不在導師之下了，

他也使我們能夠做新約的僕人——不屬於律法條文，而屬於聖靈；因為律法條文帶來死亡，而聖靈卻賜予生命。

原來藉著律法，我已經向律法死了，使我能向神活著。我已經和基督一起被釘十字架，所以現在活著的不再是我，而是基督在我裡面活著；並且如今我在肉體中活著，是因信神的兒子而活；他愛我，甚至為我捨棄了自己。

但是等到時候一滿足，神就派遣他的兒子，由女人所生，生在律法之下，為要救贖律法之下的人，好使我們得到兒子的名份。

這樣，罪就不能轄制你們了，因為你們不在律法之下，而在恩典之下。那又怎麼樣呢？難道因為我們不在律法之下而在恩典之下，就可以犯罪嗎？絕對不可！

並且穿上了新人。這新人照著創造他那一位的形像不斷地被更新，以致真正認識他。

基督替我們成了詛咒，從律法的詛咒中救贖了我們，因為經上記著：「凡是被掛在木頭上的，都是被詛咒的。」

但如今，你們既從罪中得了釋放，成為神的奴僕，就得了果子，以致分別為聖，那結局就是永恆的生命。

照樣，你們就當看自己向罪是死的，但在基督耶穌裡向神卻是活的。

並且，那生來沒有受割禮卻完全實行律法的人，對你這雖有律法條文和割禮卻違犯律法的人，難道不是要施行審判嗎？其實外表上做猶太人的，並不是猶太人；外表上、肉身上的割禮，也不是割禮。然而，在內心做猶太人的才是猶太人；同樣，內心的割禮才是割禮——不是靠著律法條文而是靠著聖靈；這樣的人得到的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

弟兄們，我現在對明白律法的人說：難道你們不明白，律法只是在一個人活著的時候轄制這個人嗎？

因此，如果有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人；舊的已經過去，看哪，新的已經來臨。

事實上，神——就是我在他兒子的福音工作上用心靈所事奉的那一位，可以為我見證：我怎樣不住地提到你們，

不要效法這世代，要藉著理性的更新而改變，使你們可以分辨什麼是神的旨意——那美善、可喜悅、完美的旨意。

絕對不可！我們這些向罪已經死了的人，怎麼還能活在罪中呢？

因著你們肉體的軟弱，我就按照人的說法來講，那就是，你們從前怎樣把身體的各部分獻給汙穢和罪惡做奴僕，以致罪惡；現在也要照樣把你們身體的各部分獻給義做奴僕，以致分別為聖。

因為受割禮或不受割禮，都算不了什麼；重要的是成為新造的人。

實際上，我們才是受過割禮的人，就是藉著神的靈事奉，在基督耶穌裡誇耀，不依靠肉體的人。
