All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

Some people do not know God’s law when they sin. They will not be judged by the law when they die. Others do know God’s law when they sin. They will be judged by the law.

For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.

When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it.

凡由行律者服詛、記有之、不恆於律之所載而悉行者見詛、

若輩既知上帝之定命、凡行此者宜死、乃不第自行之、又悅人行之、

蓋異邦人無律、若率性而行合律之行、是無律而自為律、乃律銘於其心、彰之以行、良心亦與同證、其相議也、或訟或恕、迨上帝由耶穌基督鞫人隱微之日、依我福音焉、○

然則將何言耶、律豈罪乎、非也、非由律則我未嘗知罪、如律不言毋欲、則我不知欲、然罪乘機、由誡而動諸欲於我中、蓋無律罪乃死、昔我無律而生、誡至、罪復生而我死、是致生之誡、適以致死、蓋罪乘機因誡誘我、且因之殺我、

夫上帝之怒、自天而顯、加諸人之不虔不義者、即以不義而抑真理者也、蓋所可知乎上帝者、彰於其衷、乃上帝彰之也、自創世以來、上帝之永能神性、即所莫見者、已明見矣、乃由所造之物而知之、致人末由推諉、顧彼既知上帝、而不以上帝榮之、亦不謝之、乃思議虛妄、心蠢而昧、

我語汝、當鞫日、推羅西頓之刑、較爾猶易受也、

僕知主意而不備、不順其意者、見扑必多、惟不知而作當扑之事者、見扑必少、蓋多予之、必多取之、多託之、必多索之、○

我語汝、當鞫日、所多瑪之刑、較爾猶易受也、○

夫致死之役、文鐫諸石、尚以榮而成、因摩西之榮、以色列人不能注視其面、此榮乃暫耳、況恃靈之役、其榮不更甚哉、若致罪之役既榮、則致義之役益榮矣、

我見死者尊與卑均立座前、諸書遂展、又有他書展焉、即維生之書也、死者依其行、如書所載而被鞫、海及死與陰府、亦出其中之死者、各依其行而被鞫、死與陰府亦見投於火湖、即二次之死也、未錄於維生之書者、則見投於火湖焉、

蓋律以致怒、無律則無犯、

不遵斯律之言而行者、必受詛、眾民當應曰、阿們、

耶穌曰、非自上賜爾、爾則無權於我、故以我付爾者、罪尤大也、

我儕知律所言、乃為律下者言之、以塞眾口、使舉世服罪於上帝前、蓋於上帝前、無人因行律見義、第由律知罪耳、○

是以往時無知、上帝容之、今乃隨在命眾改悔、蓋上帝已定一日、將以所立之人、義鞫天下、乃自死復起之、俾眾徵信焉、○

蓋律因形軀而弱、致有所不能為、上帝為罪故遣其子、身具罪狀、於形軀而定罪、

但經囿萬有於罪中、俾所許由信耶穌基督而賜諸信者、○

人守全律而蹶於一、是干眾律也、
