禁嫁娶、茹葷、然葷乃上帝生物、使信主識真理者、感恩以食、上帝生物、諸惟可食、感恩享之勿棄、以上帝命、禱而食之無不潔、

曰、我以食物、不能悅上帝、食者無益、不食者無損、曰、勿以一己之所得自由、令知未至者躓焉、彼知未至、見爾有知、席坐偶像之廟、不亦敢食祭偶像之物乎、如是、則知未至之兄弟、縱有基督代死、將以爾之知沉淪矣、然爾得罪兄弟、傷其知未至之心、亦得罪基督、獨何歟、蓋食物陷兄弟於罪、吾永不食肉以陷之矣、

上帝預定我從善、以基督耶穌造我、使我行善焉、

知上帝始助爾為善、迨耶穌基督臨日、必竣其工也、
