其不識上帝稱義之道、惟一已行義是賴、不服上帝稱義之道、

因为不知道神的义，想要立自己的义，就不服神的义了。

因为不明白上帝的义，想要立自己的义，他们就不服上帝的义了。

因为不明白神的义，想要立自己的义，他们就不服神的义了。

他们不知道上帝所赐的义，想努力建立自己的义，不肯服从上帝的义。

他们既然不明白神的义，而又企图建立自己的义，就不服神的义了。

就是说，他们不明白神的义，想要确立自己的义，就不服从神的义了。

因為不知道神的義，想要立自己的義，就不服神的義了。

因為不明白上帝的義，想要立自己的義，他們就不服上帝的義了。

因為不明白神的義，想要立自己的義，他們就不服神的義了。

他們不知道上帝所賜的義，想努力建立自己的義，不肯服從上帝的義。

他們既然不明白神的義，而又企圖建立自己的義，就不服神的義了。

因為他們不明白上帝救人之義，只求立自己的義，就不順服於上帝救人之義了。

就是說，他們不明白神的義，想要確立自己的義，就不服從神的義了。

蓋不識上帝之義、而求立己之義、故不服上帝之義也、

蓋彼不識天主之義、而欲立己之義、故未服天主之義、

蓋既昧於天主之義、故惟求自立其義、而不服膺天主之義矣。

Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.

They didn’t know that God’s power makes people right with himself. They tried to get right with God in their own way. They didn’t do it in God’s way.

For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.

For they don’t understand God’s way of making people right with himself. Refusing to accept God’s way, they cling to their own way of getting right with God by trying to keep the law.

Since they are ignorant of the righteousness of God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to God’s righteousness.

For not knowing about God’s righteousness and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.

For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.

For being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.

Because they disregarded the righteousness from God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted themselves to God’s righteousness.

For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

For ignoring the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking instead to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.

耶穌曰、爾在人前以義自稱、爾之心、上帝知之、蓋人所崇者、上帝所惡也、

欲恆賴基督、非以己守法稱義、乃以信基督、即上帝以人信主而稱義、

爾自稱富有、無所匱缺、不知爾實困苦貧乏、瞽目裸身、我為爾謀、當求煆煉之金於我、則可致富、亦求白衣自衣、以免裸裎、庶無愧怍、求膏膏爾目、則得見、

基督未嘗有罪、上帝以基督代我為贖罪之祭、使我緣基督稱義於上帝矣、

有數人自恃為義、而藐視人、耶穌設譬謂之曰、二人登殿祈禱、一𠵽唎㘔人、一稅吏、𠵽唎㘔人獨立祈禱曰、謝上帝、使我不似他人、殘酷、不義、淫惡、亦不似此稅吏、我七日禁食者二、而以所有十輸其一、

蓋上帝以義稱信者、於福音顯之、使人克信、如經云、義人以信得生矣、

彼欲自稱為義、謂耶穌曰、誰為我鄰、

爾自稱為義、爾所作為、毫無裨益、余必暴爾。

受我譴責、驅至敵國、在彼服罪、緣其不潔之心、卑以自牧、

是眾為罪者、以一人之逆、眾為義者、以一人之順也、

彼必消亡、若衣為蠹所嚙、若毛為蟲所蛀、惟我施仁義以救民、歷代弗替。

即上帝以人信耶穌基督、而稱其義、概以賜諸信者、悉無區別、

我儕污衊、雖有片長、仍如不潔之布、我若已枯之葉、因罪見驅、為風飄颻、

耶和華曰、我拯選民、以彰仁義、其時伊邇、爾當秉公行義、

上帝兮、爾之仁義、高不可及、爾之經綸、大而莫名、誰能與爾比儗兮、

爾雖降災、必無不義、爾所行惟善、我所行惟惡、

耶和華仁慈是尚、不廢矜憫、故予不亡兮、

言於眾前曰、我昔犯罪、蹈於非義、所為無益、

以罪、因世不信我、以義、因我歸父、爾不再見我、

耶穌基督僕、使徒西門彼得書達凡賴上帝、及救主耶穌基督之義、共獲此信之寶、

是何以言之、異邦人不求稱義、而得稱義者、乃以信主而稱義、以色列民、以法求稱義而不得、何歟、曰、求之不以信主、惟以行法、其蹶此石上、

即今日亦彰、以稱信耶穌者為義、而上帝無不義也、

悔曰、我父若多傭人、其糧有餘、我乃饑而死乎、我將反就父曰、我獲罪於天、及於父前、今而後、不堪稱為爾子、視我如傭人足矣、於是反就父相去尚遠、父見憫之、趨抱其頸、接吻焉、其子曰、我獲罪於天、及父於前、今而後、不堪稱為爾子、

爾民與聖邑、上帝預定其期、以七日為期、而復以七日相乘、以遏罪惡、以除祭品、贖民前愆、彰大義於萬世、則以所見異象有應、至聖之主、必沐以膏、

爾盍仰觀乎天、俯察乎地、穹蒼必散若烟、寰宇必敝若衣、居民猝然而死、亦若是、我以仁義救民、歷久不渝。

爾也大著仁慈、以手援予、不可計數、故予終日、讚美不輟兮、主耶和華兮、予惟爾力是恃。毅然而往、稱爾仁義而已、

我復言之、受割者宜守全法、恃法稱義者、棄基督、絕恩道、

爾臣僕諸先知、藉爾之名、告我王公祖父國民之語、我不聽從、主秉公義、惟我儕猶大人耶路撒冷居民、以色列族眾、無論遐邇、因犯罪愆、為爾驅逐、星散於四方、俱當含羞、今日之事為證。我與我王公列祖、獲罪乎主、必當抱愧蒙羞、我主我上帝矜憫為懷、恆加赦宥、

耶和華曰、時日將至、必使仁義者興、長若枝柯、繼大闢為王、秉公行義、亨通於天下、斯時猶大家獲救、以色列族安居、王之名曰、耶和華大施仁義、以拯我躬。
