第五天使傾其盂於獸之座、獸之國即晦暝、人皆痛甚而齩舌、

爾所見之十角、乃十王、尚未得國、惟片時偕獸秉權如王、

執龍即古蛇、即魔與撒但、縛之千年、

於是巨龍即古蛇、稱魔與撒但素迷惑天下人者、被擲於地、其諸使者亦同被擲、

獸被擒、偽先知曾於獸前行異跡、誘惑受獸印誌及拜獸像者、亦同被擒、二者生投於硫磺火坑中、

乃拜以權予獸之龍、又拜獸曰、誰能比此獸、誰能與之交戰、

當謹守警醒、爾敵即魔、如吼獅遍行、覓可吞噬之人、

其一若獅、有翼若鷹、我正觀時、其翼見拔、獸得起於地、以足豎立若人、亦得人心、又有一獸、即第二獸、其狀若熊、立於旁、口中牙內銜三脇骨、口中牙內銜三脇骨或作有三脇骨在口銜於牙有命之曰、起、吞噬多肉、此後又見一獸、即第三獸、其狀若豹、背生四翼、如鳥之翼、其獸有四首、得秉大權、此後我於夜間異象中、又見一獸、即第四獸、可恐可懼、極其剛強、有大鐵齒、吞噬嚼碎一切、所餘者、踐之以足、與先諸獸、迥不相同、首有十角、

蛇在婦之身後、從其口吐水如河、意欲沖沒之、

龍見己被擲於地、乃窘逐生男子之婦、

大衛謂掃羅曰、昔僕為父牧羊、遇有獅或熊來、自群中攫羔羊、僕即追而擊之、救羔於其口、獸欲害我、我執其鬚、擊而殺之、僕能殺獅熊、此未受割禮之非利士人、侮辱永生天主之軍旅、亦必與獅熊無異、大衛又曰、主既救我於獅熊之爪、亦必救我於此非利士人之手、掃羅曰、往哉、願主祐爾、

其馬疾於豹、迅於夜出之狼、或作彼之馬較豹尤疾彼眾為人較夜出之狼更暴騎卒驕泰踴躍、來自遠方、迅速若鷹、疾飛攫食、迅速若鷹疾飛攫食或作迅速而行如鷹疾飛攫食

寧遇失子之母熊、莫遇愚者適行愚妄、

以利沙回顧、籲主名而咒之、遂有二牝熊出自林中、噬斃幼童四十二人、

惟主左右我、剛健我、致福音由我盡傳、俾異邦人皆聞之、且我得救、脫於獅口、

譬諸人避獅而遇熊、入室手倚墻壁、為蛇所噬、

暴君轄制貧民、如咆哮之獅、饑餓之熊、

狂吼如牝獅、咆哮如壯獅、咆哮攫物、曳之而去、莫能救援、

救我脫離猛獅之口、脫離野牛之角、望主應允我、

故我臨之若獅、若豹伏飼於道、我必遇之、若喪子之牝熊、裂其心胸、噬之若牝獅、使野獸斷傷其體、

主如是云、譬彼牧者、脫羊二足足或作股一耳、出於獅口、或作主如是云有獅攫羊牧人但能由獅口救羊二股一耳居撒瑪利亞之以色列人、偃臥於床隅、及鋪以大瑪色花毯之榻上、其中得救者、亦祗若是、

故林中之獅必殺之、夤夜之狼必噬之、豹伏其邑外、凡自邑出者、必被噬斃、皆因其罪愆極多、違逆特甚、

古實人豈能變其膚乎、豹豈能變其斑乎、若能、則爾習於惡者亦能改而行善、

主必發聲、威若獅吼、子民隨從、主一發聲、子民疾趨、至自西方、
