求你随你的美意善待锡安，建造耶路撒冷的城墙。

却使我仆人的话站得住，成就我使者的筹算。我论耶路撒冷说：‘必有人居住’；论犹大的城镇说：‘必被建造，我必重建其中的废墟。’

我使我的公义临近，它已不远。我的救恩必不迟延。我要为以色列—我的荣耀在锡安施行救恩。

因你的判断，锡安山应当欢喜，犹大的城镇应当快乐。你们当周游锡安，四围环绕，数点城楼，细看它的城郭，察看它的宫殿，为要传扬给后代。

他们必说：‘这荒芜之地，现在成了像伊甸园一样；这荒凉、荒废、毁坏的城镇，现今坚固，有人居住。’那时，在你们四围其余的列国必知道，我—耶和华修造那毁坏之处，开垦那荒芜之地。我—耶和华说了这话，就必成就。

你必起来怜悯锡安；因现在是可怜它的时候，因所定的日期已经到了。

耶和华如此说：“你们论这地方，说是荒废、无人、无牲畜之地，但在这荒凉、无人、无居民、无牲畜的犹大城镇和耶路撒冷街上，必再听见欢喜和快乐的声音、新郎和新娘的声音，并听见有人说：你们要称谢万军之耶和华，因耶和华本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！他们奉感谢祭到耶和华的殿中；因为我必使这地被掳的人归回，如起初一样。这是耶和华说的。”

当如何回答外邦的使者呢？“耶和华建立了锡安，在其中他困苦的百姓必有倚靠。”

但在锡安山必有逃脱的人，那山必成为圣；雅各家必得原有的产业。

因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他的荣耀里显现。

耶路撒冷啊，要颂赞耶和华！锡安哪，要赞美你的神！因为他坚固了你的门闩，赐福给你中间的儿女。

我又观看，看见羔羊站在锡安山，和他在一起的有十四万四千人，都有他的名和他父亲的名写在额上。
