但你們必從那裏尋求永恆主你的上帝；你若全心全意地尋找他，就會找着。

惟獨他是我的磐石，我的救星，我的高壘，我總不搖動。

永恆主永活着；願我的磐石受祝頌；願拯救我的上帝被尊為至高，

因為當我遭難的日子他必將我珍藏在棚幕中，將我藏匿在他帳棚的隱密處，把我高置在磐石上。

因為我心靈使我發昏。但是你、只有你知道我的路徑；在我走的路上、敵人埋藏了機檻要害我。

我心裏有沮喪壓着我；所以我從約但地、從黑門嶺、從米薩山、想起你來。

他把我從毁滅坑裏、從淤泥中拉上，使我的腳立在磐石上，使我的步伐穩當。

『受困苦、被風吹蕩、不得安慰的人哪，請注意，是我要用光彩石頭安你的基石，用藍寶石奠定你的根基；

說：『我從急難中呼求永恆主，你就應了我；我從陰間腹中呼救，你就聽了我的聲音。你將我投下海中心、極深之處；大水環繞着我，你的洪濤、你的波浪、都漫過我。我心裏說：「我既被驅逐、離開你眼前，怎能再仰望你的聖殿堂呢？」

恐懼震顫臨到了我，戰慄發抖把我淹沒了。

耶穌在劇烈的精神掙扎中，禱告越迫切；他的汗珠就像大血點滴落在地上。

於是帶着彼得雅各和約翰、同他到一邊去，就非常驚恐，極其難過。對他們說：『我的心很是憂困、幾乎要死。你們停留在這裏，且儆醒着。』

故此我的靈使我發昏；我的心在我裏面驚駭。

我的心哪，你為甚麼沮喪？為甚麼以悲歎壓着我呢？應當仰望上帝；因為我還要稱讚他、我面前的救助、我的上帝。
