When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall.

My enemies are evil. They will trip and fall when they attack me and try to swallow me up.

時茹答斯乃領兵士一隊、與司祭長法利塞人所派人員、提燈炬、執武器而至。耶穌夙知諸事之必臨於身、乃出而謂之曰：『爾等覓誰？』眾對曰：『納匝勒之耶穌！』耶穌告之曰：『是我！』時奸徒茹答斯亦立眾中。耶穌甫言：「是我、」眾皆逡巡仆地。

悲我身之遭厄兮。求恩主之矜憐。竟脫我於虎口兮。信慈惠之無邊。

喉焦如礫兮舌貼齶。身被委棄兮轉溝壑。

紛紛在歧途。溷濁同垢塵。悠悠寰海內。不見有賢人。

主是我磐石。主是我救藥。主作岑樓應無敗。爾曹何事肆凌虐。幸災樂禍盍有極猶如眾手推欹壁。
