who lends money to the poor without interest; who does not accept a bribe against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.

They lend their money to poor people without charging interest. They don’t accept money to harm those who aren’t guilty. Anyone who lives like that will always be secure.

爾既知此理苟能躬行而實踐之、則樂在其中矣。

故望兄弟益加奮勉、孳孳為善、務使爾之聖召恩選、根深秪固、確乎不拔。爾能遵此而行、則永無失足之虞；且吾主耶穌基督永久之天國、當為爾洞開厥門、沛然莫之能阻。

守正不移。必膺多福。為善有恆。斯人常樂。

福哉斯人。終身無殃。典型常在。萬世流芳。

其言柔如膏。傷人勝似刀。

「予如以耶穌獻爾、將何以為酬？」彼輩乃授以銀三十兩。

然道貴實踐、聞而不行、自欺而已。若是之人、猶如以鑑自照、暫見其容、而轉身即自忘其形容之彷彿。若能以自由之妙法為鑑、凝神諦觀、念茲在茲、不惟聞道、且復實事求是、身體而力行之；則此人所行、必蒙見祐、無往而不樂矣。

大父常在眼。但期無失步。兢兢如臨深。幸有主佑扶。持此寬心神。

凡呼籲「吾主吾主」之人、未必盡進天國；惟奉行我天父之意旨者、始得進焉。彼日必有群人謂予曰：「吾主吾主、我儕非奉爾名以傳大道、以驅魔物、以行靈蹟者乎？」予將明以告之曰：「爾作惡之徒、非予素識、其去無留！」是以聞道而能篤實履踐者、譬諸有識者建屋於磐石之上、雨降潦行、颶風倏起、相與衝而擊之、而其屋屹然不動者、其基固也。

斯時、鬻主之茹答斯、見耶穌死案既決、悔之；乃以銀三十兩、返之司祭長及耆老曰：『予賣無辜之血、獲罪實深。』若輩對曰：『此爾之事、與我何涉？』茹答斯乃投銀殿中而退、出而自縊死。
