操其統御萬有之大柄、而化吾人朽腐之身為神奇、俾克配其榮耀之體焉。

who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.So also it is written,“ The first man, Adam, became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life- giving spirit.However that which is spiritual isn’t first, but that which is natural, then that which is spiritual.The first man is of the earth, made of dust. The second man is the Lord from heaven.As is the one made of dust, such are those who are also made of dust; and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.As we have borne the image of those made of dust, let’s also bear the image of the heavenly.Now I say this, brothers, that flesh and blood can’t inherit God’s Kingdom; neither does the perishable inherit imperishable.Behold, I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed,in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed.For this perishable body must become imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality.But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen:“ Death is swallowed up in victory.”“ Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?”The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his mightwhich he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

Your dead shall live. My dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust; for your dew is like the dew of herbs, and the earth will cast out the departed spirits.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.The last enemy that will be abolished is death.For,“ He put all things in subjection under his feet.” But when he says,“ All things are put in subjection”, it is evident that he is excepted who subjected all things to him.When all things have been subjected to him, then the Son will also himself be subjected to him who subjected all things to him, that God may be all in all.

But Jesus answered them,“ You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.

I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. There was found no place for them.I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works.Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

Most certainly I tell you, the hour comes, and now is, when the dead will hear the Son of God’s voice; and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself.He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.Don’t marvel at this, for the hour comes in which all who are in the tombs will hear his voice,and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.

And among the lamp stands was one like a son of man, clothed with a robe reaching down to his feet, and with a golden sash around his chest.His head and his hair were white as white wool, like snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire.His feet were like burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace. His voice was like the voice of many waters.He had seven stars in his right hand. Out of his mouth proceeded a sharp two- edged sword. His face was like the sun shining at its brightest.When I saw him, I fell at his feet like a dead man. He laid his right hand on me, saying,“ Don’t be afraid. I am the first and the last,and the Living one. I was dead, and behold, I am alive forever and ever. Amen. I have the keys of Death and of Hades.Write therefore the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will happen hereafter.The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lamp stands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven assemblies. The seven lamp stands are seven assemblies.
