這能怎麼樣呢？反正用各樣方法罷，或用掩飾、或用真誠、基督究竟是被傳揚了。在這事上我倒歡喜，並且還要歡喜。

然則何如乎、無論或偽或誠、基督是宣、我則樂之、且終樂之、

然則余將若何、凡事不論真偽、有傳基督道者、我樂之、亦終樂之、

然此亦何妨、其意或偽或誠、無論如何、基督究以是而傳矣、我為之而樂、亦必終樂、

雖然、是亦何傷？無論其心意之誠也偽也、其揄揚基督則一；此吾之所為歡欣鼓舞、而不能自已者也。

耶稣对他说：“不要阻止他，因为不反对你们的，就是支持你们的。”

约翰说：“老师，我们看见一个人奉你的名驱赶鬼魔，我们就去阻止他，因为他不是跟从我们的。”耶稣说：“不要阻止他。因为没有人奉我的名行了神迹以后，会立即诽谤我。不反对我们的，就是支持我们的。

因此无论是我，或是他们，我们都如此传，你们也就如此信了。

并且大多数的弟兄因着我所受的捆锁，就在主里深信不疑、无所惧怕，更加大胆地传讲这话语。有些人传扬基督固然是出于嫉妒和纷争，但也有些人是出于好意。后者是出于爱，知道我是为辩护福音而受委派的；前者传讲基督是出于争竞，不是出于真诚，想要在我的捆锁中，增加我的患难。

那么该怎么办呢？我要用灵祷告，也要用理性祷告；我要用灵歌颂，也要用理性歌颂。

“经文士和法利赛人哪，你们这些伪善的人有祸了！因为你们在人的面前封闭了天国。你们自己不进去，也不让正要进的人进去。

可是他们不明白这话，因为这话的意思对他们是隐藏的，使他们不能领悟。他们也不敢问耶稣这话的意思。

那么怎么样呢？我们犹太人比别人好吗？当然不是！我们已经指出：犹太人和外邦人都在罪孽之下。

他们侵吞寡妇的家产，又假意做很长的祷告。这些人将受到更重的惩罚。”

那又怎么样呢？难道因为我们不在律法之下而在恩典之下，就可以犯罪吗？绝对不可！

那么，我怎么说呢？难道说祭过偶像的食物算得了什么吗？或说，偶像算得了什么吗？
