Then I consulted with myself, and contended with the nobles and the rulers, and said to them,“ You exact usury, everyone of his brother.” I held a great assembly against them.

吾民貧者、與爾偕居、若貸之金、勿為債主、而取其利、

勿取其利、宜畏爾之上帝、使之偕居、

以金與糧、及凡生利之物、貸於同儕、勿取其利、取於外族則可、於同儕則不可、如是在爾所據之地、爾上帝耶和華必於凡爾所為、錫以福祉、○

聽訟之際、勿行非義、勿偏袒貧乏、勿重視權勢、宜秉公以行鞫、

其例如左、耶和華之豁免、既經布告、凡借貸於鄰者、必豁免之、不索其償、如外人可索之、惟屬己之物、貸於兄弟者、則當豁免、

謂士師曰、慎爾所行、蓋爾聽訟非為人、乃為耶和華、爾行鞫時、耶和華與爾偕焉、當寅畏耶和華、慎爾所為、因我上帝耶和華無不義、不偏視、不受賄也、

不貸金以權子母、不受賄而害無辜、若此之人、永不動搖兮、

如貸於人、勿入其家取質、必立於外、待其攜質出以予爾、如其人貧、勿留其質越宿、日入時、必反之、使其有衣以寢、為爾祝嘏、則爾上帝耶和華必以為義、

受賄以流人血、貸金而取利息、行暴於鄰、得財無厭、而忘乎我、主耶和華言之矣、

爾云余面是尋、我心對曰、耶和華歟、我必爾面是尋兮、

宜恐懼、勿干罪、自思於牀、而緘默兮、

明責愈於隱愛、

凡此爾宜以諸權言之勸之責之、勿為人輕視焉、

有獲罪者、當於眾前責之、以警其餘、

在彼有耶和華之先知名俄德、出迎返撒瑪利亞之軍、告之曰、爾列祖之上帝耶和華怒猶大、故付之於爾手、爾乃怒冲霄漢、大行殺戮、今爾有意抑制猶大與耶路撒冷人、使為僕婢、爾曹豈非亦獲罪於爾上帝耶和華乎、今聽我言、遣歸爾所虜之同宗、蓋耶和華之烈怒及於爾矣、以法蓮之族長數人、約哈難子亞薩利雅、米實利末子比利家、沙龍子耶希西家、哈得萊子亞瑪撒、咸起、抵禦自陳而返者、曰、勿攜所虜之人入此、蓋爾所謀、乃使我獲罪於耶和華、益我罪過、我罪維大、烈怒及於以色列矣、

上帝立於上帝會中、行鞫於諸神兮、曰、爾曹聽訟不公、偏袒惡人、將至何時乎、當為孤貧伸冤、為艱苦困乏者行義兮、救援貧乏、脫於惡人之手兮、

然磯法至安提阿、我面諍之、以其干咎也、

今而後我儕不以貌識人、雖曾以貌識基督、今不復如此識之、

耶和華歟、孰得寓爾帷幕、居爾聖山、

又弗聽、則告於會、弗聽會、則視之猶異邦人與稅吏、可也、

主耶和華曰、以色列君乎、斯已足矣、強暴苛虐、爾其去之、秉公行義、勿復佔據民業、主耶和華言之矣、
