耶穌曰：『爾等不明經義、不識主之大能、是以惑歟！

耶稣说：“你们所以错了，岂不是因为不明白圣经，不晓得神的大能吗？

耶稣说：“你们错了，不正是因为不明白圣经，也不知道上帝的大能吗？

耶稣说：“你们错了，不正是因为不明白圣经，也不知道神的大能吗？

耶稣说：“你们弄错了，因为你们不明白圣经，也不知道上帝的能力。

耶稣对他们说：“你们错了，不正是因为你们不明白圣经，也不晓得神的能力吗？

耶稣说：“你们之所以错了，不就是因为你们不明白经上的话，也不明白神的大能吗？

耶穌說：「你們所以錯了，豈不是因為不明白聖經，不曉得神的大能嗎？

耶穌說：「你們錯了，不正是因為不明白聖經，也不知道上帝的大能嗎？

耶穌說：「你們錯了，不正是因為不明白聖經，也不知道神的大能嗎？

耶穌說：「你們弄錯了，因為你們不明白聖經，也不知道上帝的能力。

耶穌對他們說：“你們錯了，不正是因為你們不明白聖經，也不曉得神的能力嗎？

耶穌對他們說：『你們錯了，豈不是因為你們不明白經典，也不曉得上帝的能力麼？

耶穌說：「你們之所以錯了，不就是因為你們不明白經上的話，也不明白神的大能嗎？

耶穌曰、爾之誤、非因不識經與上帝之能乎、

耶穌曰、爾不識經、及上帝權若此、豈不謬哉、

耶穌曰、爾不識經、及天主之大能、豈非因此而謬乎、

Jesus replied,“ Are you not in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God?

Jesus replied,“ You are mistaken because you do not know the Scriptures. And you do not know the power of God.

Jesus said to them,“ Is this not the reason you are wrong, because you know neither the Scriptures nor the power of God?

Jesus replied,“ Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God.

Jesus spoke to them,“ Isn’t this the reason why you’re mistaken: you don’t know the Scriptures or the power of God?

Jesus said to them,“ Is this not the reason you are mistaken, that you do not understand the Scriptures nor the power of God?

Jesus answered and said to them,“ Are you not therefore mistaken, because you do not know the Scriptures nor the power of God?

Jesus said unto them, Is it not for this cause that ye err, that ye know not the scriptures, nor the power of God?

Jesus told them,“ Are you not deceived because you don’t know the Scriptures or the power of God?

And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?

Jesus said to them,“ Aren’t you deceived for this reason, because you don’t know the scriptures or the power of God?

Jesus answered them,“ Isn’t this because you are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God?

蓋經中所言「主當自死者中復活、」二徒向猶未之悟也。

莫忘幼承慈訓、素諳經籍。凡經籍所載、莫非令人醒悟、信仰基督耶穌、以自求多福耳。全部聖經、皆天主之所默啟、有益於人、其所以覺世牖民、警惡勸善、導人於正者、亦云備矣。是在天主之徒奮發自勵、孳孳為善、以臻才德全備之地耳。

耶穌曰：『爾曹昧於經義、及天主之大能、宜其誤也。

此間人士賢於德颯洛尼之人、如飢若渴、樂受斯道、日研諸經、俾明真義；

操其統御萬有之大柄、而化吾人朽腐之身為神奇、俾克配其榮耀之體焉。

及天主於信徒所施神力之廣大無邊也。

耶穌目之曰：『在人誠不可能、在天主則不然、蓋天主無所不能也。』

凡經所載、皆以訓我、欲使我因研經而習忍耐、而得安慰、而修望德。

爾等窮索諸經、意欲藉獲永生、第諸經莫非為予作證、

天主固無所不能也。』
