Many nations will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

People from many nations will go there. They will say,“ Come, let us go up to the Lord’ s mountain. Let’s go to the temple of Jacob’s God. He will teach us how we should live. Then we will live the way he wants us to.” The law of the Lord will be taught at Zion. His message will go out from Jerusalem.

and many nations shall come, and say:“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

Many nations will go and say,“ Come! Let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law will go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem;

The LORD is good and upright; therefore he shows sinners the way.He leads the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.

and many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let’s go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us about his ways so that we may walk in his paths.” For instruction will go out of Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

For there will be a day when watchmen will call out in the hill country of Ephraim,“ Come, let’s go up to Zion, to the LORD our God!”

Then all your children will be taught by the LORD, their prosperity will be great,

Who is this person who fears the LORD? He will show him the way he should choose.

On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half of it toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea, in summer and winter alike.On that day the LORD will become King over the whole earth— the LORD alone, and his name alone.

If anyone wants to do his will, he will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

“ This is my servant; I strengthen him, this is my chosen one; I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice to the nations.He will not cry out or shout or make his voice heard in the streets.He will not break a bruised reed, and he will not put out a smoldering wick; he will faithfully bring justice.He will not grow weak or be discouraged until he has established justice on earth. The coasts and islands will wait for his instruction.”

Let’s strive to know the LORD. His appearance is as sure as the dawn. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring showers that water the land.

The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion. Rule over your surrounding enemies.

My dear brothers and sisters, understand this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger,for human anger does not accomplish God’s righteousness.Therefore, ridding yourselves of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent, humbly receive the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like someone looking at his own face in a mirror.For he looks at himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of person he was.But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer who works— this person will be blessed in what he does.

As they were leaving, the people urged them to speak about these matters the following Sabbath.

At that time Jesus said,“ I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and revealed them to infants.Yes, Father, because this was your good pleasure.All things have been entrusted to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal him.“ Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.Take up my yoke and learn from me, because I am lowly and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

The LORD of Armies says this:“ Peoples will yet come, the residents of many cities;the residents of one city will go to another, saying: Let’s go at once to plead for the LORD’s favor and to seek the LORD of Armies. I am also going.Many peoples and strong nations will come to seek the LORD of Armies in Jerusalem and to plead for the LORD’s favor.”The LORD of Armies says this:“ In those days, ten men from nations of every language will grab the robe of a Jewish man tightly, urging: Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”

“ This is the command— the statutes and ordinances— the LORD your God has commanded me to teach you, so that you may follow them in the land you are about to enter and possess.

Then all the survivors from the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD of Armies, and to celebrate the Festival of Shelters.

by the power of miraculous signs and wonders, and by the power of God’s Spirit. As a result, I have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ from Jerusalem all the way around to Illyricum.

and repentance for forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word by the accompanying signs.]

Then he said to them,“ Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

In those days and at that time— this is the LORD’s declaration— the Israelites and Judeans will come together, weeping as they come, and will seek the LORD their God.They will ask about Zion, turning their faces to this road. They will come and join themselves to the LORD in a permanent covenant that will never be forgotten.

Therefore send someone to Joppa and invite Simon here, who is also named Peter. He is lodging in Simon the tanner’s house by the sea.’So I immediately sent for you, and it was good of you to come. So now we are all in the presence of God to hear everything you have been commanded by the Lord.”

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

“ Many nations will join themselves to the LORD on that day and become my people. I will dwell among you, and you will know that the LORD of Armies has sent me to you.

Pay attention to me, my people, and listen to me, my nation; for instruction will come from me, and my justice for a light to the nations. I will bring it about quickly.My righteousness is near, my salvation appears, and my arms will bring justice to the nations. The coasts and islands will put their hope in me, and they will look to my strength.

Paul and Barnabas boldly replied,“ It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first. Since you reject it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, we are turning to the Gentiles.For this is what the Lord has commanded us: I have made you a light for the Gentiles to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”

since there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, because the same Lord of all richly blesses all who call on him.For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.How, then, can they call on him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about him? And how can they hear without a preacher?And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.But not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our message?So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.But I ask,“ Did they not hear?” Yes, they did: Their voice has gone out to the whole earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

It is written in the Prophets: And they will all be taught by God. Everyone who has listened to and learned from the Father comes to me—
