凡為基督歷憂患、可無過、基督為我身遭憂患、爾亦當同心立志、今而後、生於世、勿從人欲、乃順上帝旨、我生斯世、從異邦人之俗亦至矣、邪侈縱欲、沉湎、蕩檢、饕餮過度、及拜偶像、尤非所宜、

宗基督者、滅吾身之情欲、譬釘之十字架、

蓋自知吾故態、與之釘死、滅厥罪狀、使我不復為罪所役、

吾克己、使百體從令、恐教人而自治疏焉、

倘爾一手一足陷爾於罪、則斷而去之、寧跛與殘缺入於生、勿兩手兩足投永火、倘爾一目陷爾於罪、則抉而委之、寧一目入於生、勿兩目投地獄之火、○

凡欲救其生命者、反喪之、為我而喪生命者、必救之、利盡天下、而自喪亡者、何益之有、

利盡天下、而失生命者、何益之有、

利盡天下、而失生命者、何益之有、人將以何者易生命乎、

然我語爾、無故怒兄弟者、難免乎刑官、詈兄弟曰拉加者、難免乎公會、詈兄弟曰魔利者、難免乎地獄之火、

當遠淫婦、毋入其室、恐爾精力為之漸耗、恐爾壽齡為之日促、於是爾之貨財為人所得、爾之物產為人所有、及其終也、形消骨立、號泣不勝、曰、我不受教、藐視箴規、不聽師訓、不納良言、在大會中、幾遭扑責。○

噫、蛇蝮之類、安能逭地獄刑乎、

蓋有生而閹者、有被人閹者、有為天國自閹者、此言惟能受者受之、○

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、以爾周行水陸、使一人進教、既進、又使為地獄之人、較倍於爾也、

殺身而不能殺魂者、勿懼、惟能殺身及魂於地獄者、甚可懼也、

我示爾所當懼者、即殺後、又有權投爾於地獄、我誠告爾、當懼者此也、
