爾聞有諭古人之言曰、勿殺人、殺人者當被審判、

“你们听见有吩咐古人的话，说：‘不可杀人’；又说：‘凡杀人的难免受审判。’

“你们听过有对古人说：‘不可杀人’；‘凡杀人的，必须受审判。’

“你们听过有对古人说：‘不可杀人’；‘凡杀人的，必须受审判。’

“你们听过吩咐古人的话，‘不可杀人，杀人的要受审判。’

“你们听过有这样吩咐古人的话：‘不可杀人，杀人的必被判罪。’

“你们听过那吩咐古人的话：‘不可杀人。杀人的，当遭受审判。’

「你們聽見有吩咐古人的話，說：『不可殺人』；又說：『凡殺人的難免受審判。』

「你們聽過有對古人說：『不可殺人』；『凡殺人的，必須受審判。』

爾聞有語古人云、勿殺、殺則干乎鞫、

爾聞古者有言勿殺、殺則難免乎刑官、

爾已聞誡古人之言曰：「毋殺人、殺人者受判。」

“ You have heard that it was said to the people long ago,‘ You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’

“ You have heard what was said to people who lived long ago. They were told,‘ Do not commit murder.( Exodus 20:13) Anyone who murders will be judged for it.’

“ You have heard that it was said to those of old,‘ You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’

“ You have heard that our ancestors were told,‘ You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’

“ You have heard that it was said to our ancestors, Do not murder, and whoever murders will be subject to judgment.

“ You have heard that the ancients were told,‘ You shall not murder,’ and‘ Whoever commits murder shall be answerable to the court.’

“ You have heard that it was said to those of old,‘ You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’

Ye have heard that it was said to them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

“ You have heard that it was said to our ancestors, Do not murder, and whoever murders will be subject to judgment.

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

“ You have heard that it was said to an older generation,‘ Do not murder,’ and‘ whoever murders will be subjected to judgment.’

“ You have heard that it was said to the ancient ones,‘ You shall not murder;’ and‘ Whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’

毋殺人、

凡殺人者、有人為證、必治之死、惟毋據一人之證治之死、凡殺人當死者、毋許贖命、必治之死、凡奔至逃避之邑者、大祭司未卒之先、亦毋許其納贖以歸故土、毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、毋污爾所居之地、因我耶和華亦居此地、在以色列人中、

擊人死者殺無赦、若非有心殺人、乃天主偶付於其手、我必設一處、使可逃避、人若因仇用奸計殺人、雖逃至我祭臺、亦當執之而殺、○

爾聞有言云、友者愛之、敵者憾之、

有害爾命流爾血者、或獸或人、我必討其罪、人與人為兄弟、人若害人命、我必討其罪、凡流人血者、人亦必流其血、緣天主造人、乃肖己像也、

爾聞有諭古人之言曰、勿妄誓、所誓者、當為主而守之、

禱曰、我手未流此人之血、我目亦未見之、求主赦宥主所贖之以色列民、莫以流無辜血之罪、歸主之民以色列、於是、流斯人血之罪、可得赦免、爾行主所悅之事、則流無辜血之罪、可除於爾中、○

若以鐵器擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、若以能害人之石、擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、若以能害人之木器、擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、復仇者、必殺殺人之人、遇即殺之、若恨人而推之下、或特意以物擲其身致死、或因仇以手擊人致死、俱為故殺人者、必治之死、復仇者遇即殺之、

誤殺人者逃於斯邑、可避復仇者、不至死亡、待立於會眾前見鞫、

爾聞有言云、目償目、齒償齒、

爾聞有諭古人之言曰、勿姦淫、

爾考問前代、追念列祖所經驗、我儕自昨日始有、毫無所知、我儕在世之日、猶如虛影、彼將訓爾告爾、自靈府出言云、

西魯雅子約押、如何待我、如何待以色列二軍長、即尼珥子押尼珥、及益帖子亞瑪撒、為爾所知、彼殺此二人、在太平時殺人流血、與爭戰時無異、以血染腰所束之帶、足所着之履、當循爾智慧而行、不容其皓首安然下示阿勒、示阿勒見創世記三十七章三十五節小註

婦曰、凡攻城必先說說、爾當先問亞比拉居民之意若何、然後方決其事、或作古昔人嘗言當問於亞比拉然後方決其事

王謂之曰、可如其言以行、殺而葬之、如是約押流無辜之血、其罪無與於我、並不歸我父之家、彼以刃殺二人、皆較彼義且善、即以色列軍長尼珥子押尼珥、及猶大軍長益帖子亞瑪撒、我父大衛未之知也、今主以此罪歸約押首、殺二人之罪、必永歸約押首、及其後裔之首、惟大衛與其裔其家其國、必由主而得平康、至於永遠、
