爾聞有語古人云、勿殺、殺則干乎鞫、

“你们听见有吩咐古人的话，说：‘不可杀人’；又说：‘凡杀人的难免受审判。’

“你们听过有对古人说：‘不可杀人’；‘凡杀人的，必须受审判。’

“你们听过有对古人说：‘不可杀人’；‘凡杀人的，必须受审判。’

“你们听过吩咐古人的话，‘不可杀人，杀人的要受审判。’

“你们听过有这样吩咐古人的话：‘不可杀人，杀人的必被判罪。’

“你们听过那吩咐古人的话：‘不可杀人。杀人的，当遭受审判。’

「你們聽見有吩咐古人的話，說：『不可殺人』；又說：『凡殺人的難免受審判。』

爾聞古者有言勿殺、殺則難免乎刑官、

爾聞有諭古人之言曰、勿殺人、殺人者當被審判、

爾已聞誡古人之言曰：「毋殺人、殺人者受判。」

“ You have heard that it was said to the people long ago,‘ You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’

“ You have heard what was said to people who lived long ago. They were told,‘ Do not commit murder.( Exodus 20:13) Anyone who murders will be judged for it.’

“ You have heard that it was said to those of old,‘ You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’

“ You have heard that our ancestors were told,‘ You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’

“ You have heard that it was said to our ancestors, Do not murder, and whoever murders will be subject to judgment.

“ You have heard that the ancients were told,‘ You shall not murder,’ and‘ Whoever commits murder shall be answerable to the court.’

“ You have heard that it was said to those of old,‘ You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’

Ye have heard that it was said to them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

“ You have heard that it was said to our ancestors, Do not murder, and whoever murders will be subject to judgment.

“ You have heard that it was said to an older generation,‘ Do not murder,’ and‘ whoever murders will be subjected to judgment.’

故殺人者、有人為證、必殺毋赦、但證人惟一則不可、故殺人者、不得以金贖其命、必殺毋赦、遁於逃城者、祭司長未死之先、不可取其贖金、使歸故土、如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、我耶和華居以色列族中、勿污爾土、我所處者、

擊人死者、殺無赦、若非謀殺、乃上帝付於其手、我必為之定可避之區、若擅攻其鄰、以詭計殺之、雖逃於我壇、亦執而殺之、○

爾聞有言、鄰則愛之、敵則惡之、

有流爾血、害爾命者、或獸或人、我必討之、凡害人命者、我必討之、凡流人血者、人必流其血、蓋上帝造人、乃肖己象也、

爾又聞有語古人云、勿背誓、誓必償之於主、

曰、我手未流此血、我目亦未之見、耶和華歟、爾所贖之以色列族、求爾宥之、勿使無辜之血、歸於爾民、於是流血之罪得赦、爾行耶和華所視為正者、則流血之罪、可除於爾中、○

若以鐵器擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、若以石擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、若以木器擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、故殺人者、復仇者必殺之、遇即殺之、若蓄怨而仆人、或潛伏而以物擲人至死、或因憾而手擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、復仇者遇即殺之、

此邑為避復仇者之所、俾誤殺人者不致死亡、俟見鞫於會眾、

爾聞有言、目償目、齒償齒、

爾聞有言、勿淫、

我為昨日之人、罔有知識、在世之日如影、請爾詢於前代、務厥祖所考驗、

昔洗魯雅子約押、所行於我、殺以色列軍長二人、尼珥子押尼珥、益帖子亞瑪撒、於綏安之日、流戰鬥之血、以染所束之紳、所著之履、爾所知也、當循爾智而行、不容其白首安然歸墓、

婦曰、昔人有言、必問於亞比拉、乃畢其事、

於爾上帝耶和華所賜之邑、按各支派、設立士師、有司、秉公鞫民、

王曰、如其言而行、擊而葬之、俾約押無故流人之血、其血不歸於我、及我父家、彼刃擊二人、較己尤義尤善者、即以色列軍長、尼珥子押尼珥、猶大軍長、益帖子亞瑪撒、我父大衛不之知也、耶和華必使約押所流之血、歸於其首、
