Look up at the sky! Look at the earth below! For the sky will dissipate like smoke, and the earth will wear out like clothes; its residents will die like gnats. But the deliverance I give is permanent; the vindication I provide will not disappear.

I tell you the truth, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

They will perish, but you continue. And they will all grow old like a garment,and like a robe you will fold them up and like a garment they will be changed, but you are the same and your years will never run out.”

And he added,“ I tell you the truth, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown.
