將有大地震，各處將有饑荒和瘟疫，天上也將出現恐怖的景象和大異兆。

這次我看到一匹淺灰色的馬，馬上騎士的名字叫死亡，陰府緊跟在他後面。他們得到權力可以用刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫和野獸消滅全人類的四分之一。

其中一位名叫亞迦布，他得到聖靈的啟示，站起來預言天下將有嚴重的饑荒。後來，這事果然在克勞狄執政期間發生了。

到那天，耶和華必使他們慌亂不堪，彼此揪住，互相毆打。

邦國與邦國、城邑與城邑互相攻擊破壞，因為上帝用各樣的災難擾亂他們。

「我必使埃及人彼此為敵——手足相殘，鄰居互鬥，城邑相爭，邦國互攻。

「再一次」這句話是指上帝要挪去可以被震動的受造之物，使不能被震動的可以長存。

羔羊揭開第六印的時候，我看見大地震發生了，太陽變得像黑毛布一樣黑，整個月亮變成血紅色，

「我要在天上地下行奇事，你們將看見血、火和煙柱。太陽要變得昏暗，月亮要變得血紅。在耶和華偉大而可畏的日子來臨以前，這些事都會發生。

「日月星辰必顯出異兆，怒海洶湧、波濤翻騰，令各國驚恐不安。天體必震動，人類想到世界要面臨的事都嚇得魂不附體。

在天上，我要顯異兆；在地上，我要行神蹟，有血、有火、有濃煙。

毀滅，毀滅，我要毀滅這國，使它蕩然無存，直到那應得的人來到後，這國才能得到重建，我要把這國交給他。』

大地斷裂、崩潰，劇烈震動。大地像醉漢東搖西晃，又像暴風中的茅屋搖來擺去。它被沉重的罪惡壓垮，再也無法起來。到那日，耶和華必在天上懲罰天上的眾權能者，在地上懲罰地上的君王。他們必像囚犯一樣被聚在一起，關在牢裡，日後必受懲罰。那時，月亮必羞於露面，太陽必黯然無光，因為萬軍之耶和華必在錫安山，在耶路撒冷掌權，在祂子民的首領面前彰顯榮耀。

「你告訴猶大省長所羅巴伯，『我必震動天地，推翻君王的寶座，消滅列國的勢力，掀翻他們的戰車和駕車的人，使戰馬跌倒、騎士自相殘殺。

因為我必招聚萬國去攻打耶路撒冷。那時，城必失守，房屋必被洗劫，婦女必被玷污。半城的人必被擄去，剩下的人必留在城中，不會被剷除。那時，耶和華必出來與列國爭戰，像從前爭戰的日子一樣。到那天，祂的腳必踏在耶路撒冷東面的橄欖山上，這山必從東至西分成兩半，一半向北移，一半向南移，中間形成極大的山谷。

萬軍之耶和華的烈怒必如火一般燒焦大地，人們成為燒火的柴，甚至弟兄彼此相煎。他們到處搶奪食物，仍饑餓難忍，甚至吃自己的骨肉。以法蓮和瑪拿西必自相殘殺，又聯合起來攻打猶大。雖然如此，耶和華的怒氣還沒有止息，祂降罰的手沒有收回。

「主耶和華說，『我要把戰禍、饑荒、猛獸和瘟疫這四大刑罰降在耶路撒冷，毀滅人和牲畜。
