For God commanded,‘ Honor your father and your mother,’ and,‘ Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’

蓋上帝曰、敬爾父母、又曰、詈父母者、必死之、

上帝誡曰、敬爾父母、又曰、詈父母者必死之、

天主誡云、敬爾父母、又云、詈父母者必治之死、

「敬爾父母；詈父母者、死無赦；」

For God said,‘ Honor your father and mother’ and‘ Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’

God said,‘ Honor your father and mother.’( Exodus 20:12; Deuteronomy 5:16) He also said,‘ Anyone who asks for bad things to happen to their father or mother must be put to death.’( Exodus 21:17; Leviticus 20:9)

For instance, God says,‘ Honor your father and mother,’ and‘ Anyone who speaks disrespectfully of father or mother must be put to death.’

For God said: Honor your father and your mother; and, Whoever speaks evil of father or mother must be put to death.

For God said,‘ Honor your father and mother,’ and,‘ The one who speaks evil of father or mother is to be put to death.’

For anyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death; he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood is upon him.

“‘ Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God commanded you, that your days may be long, and that it may go well with you in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

“ Whoever curses his father or his mother shall be put to death.

Listen to your father who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

“ If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and, though they discipline him, will not listen to them,then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city at the gate of the place where he lives,and they shall say to the elders of his city,‘ This our son is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’Then all the men of the city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall purge the evil from your midst, and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Every one of you shall revere his mother and his father, and you shall keep my Sabbaths: I am the Lord your God.

“ Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

If one curses his father or his mother, his lamp will be put out in utter darkness.

“‘ Cursed be anyone who dishonors his father or his mother.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

Then Jesus said to him,“ Be gone, Satan! For it is written,“‘ You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”

To the teaching and to the testimony! If they will not speak according to this word, it is because they have no dawn.

The eye that mocks a father and scorns to obey a mother will be picked out by the ravens of the valley and eaten by the vultures.
