彼得伸手扶她站起来，又叫圣徒们和寡妇们进来，把活过来的多卡丝交给他们。

邪灵喊叫一声，使孩子剧烈地抽疯，就出来了。孩子变得像死人那样，所以许多人说：“他死了。”但是，耶稣握着他的手，扶他起来，他就站起来了。

污灵使那个人抽疯，然后大声喊叫着从他里面出来了。结果大家都惊讶不已，彼此谈论说：“这是怎么回事？！一个带有权柄的新的教导！他命令污灵，污灵就都听从他！”
