Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

凡懦怯無志、狐疑不信、放僻邪侈、殺人縱淫、妖術惑眾、崇拜偶像、荒誕無稽之徒、皆當投入硫火池中；是為二次之死。」

處此淫邪之世、而以吾及吾道為恥者、人子佩聖父榮光、偕聖天神降臨之日、亦必以其人為可恥也。』

人子必當於厥父光榮之中、率眾天神以臨、按人之行、施人以報。

當人子偕諸天神、威靈顯赫、駕雲而降也、將坐於尊位、

但聞籲主而見拯兮。焉有倚主而蒙羞。謇予乃蚯蚓而非人兮。為萬民所唾棄而受天下之垢。覩予者皆大施其嘲嗤兮。相與反其唇而搖其首。

蓋若輩之愛慕人爵、有甚乎天爵者焉。

彼日必有群人謂予曰：「吾主吾主、我儕非奉爾名以傳大道、以驅魔物、以行靈蹟者乎？」予將明以告之曰：「爾作惡之徒、非予素識、其去無留！」

乃見一純白大寶座、至尊聖主坐焉；天地見之、逡巡而遁、無所自容。

此輩之終局、亞當七世孫伊納夙已預言之矣。其言曰：『主已偕其萬聖而來矣！

予之造次顛沛、備嘗艱辛、亦為此福音而已。然予不以為恥也。無他、予知所仰望者之為誰氏之子、且深信彼之所寄於予者、彼必能保其完整、以待彼日之臨也。

爾等若果因基督之名而受唾罵、福莫大焉！蓋誠能如此、則光榮大能之聖神、天主之聖神、以爾為安宅矣。兄弟慎毋以殺人竊盜、為非作惡、或捨己耘人而受苦也。若為服膺基督之教而受苦、則非惟不可引以為辱、且當以此名義、歸榮於天主也。

觀哉、彼駕雲而降矣！凡屬有目、皆當瞻仰；即曩日手釘耶穌於十字架者亦將見之；天下萬族、咸將為之拊膺痛哭。斯言必應、心焉祝之。

耶穌曰：『爾言之矣。第予告爾、爾將見人子坐於全能者之右、自天駕雲而降。』

凡百折不撓、終克致勝者、必得被以白袍；吾當使厥名長留生命冊上、而永不見削、且認之於吾父及眾天神之前也。

因此亦宜出而就之於營外、而與之共受垢辱。

吾則異於是、吾所誇者、惟在吾主耶穌基督之十字聖架而已。因此、世之與我已互釘於十字聖架之上、而恝然相遺矣。

在摩西之心目中、基督之垢辱、實富於埃及之寶庫也。何則、其所見者大。其所望者遠也。

吾為基督之故、凡肉體之柔弱、以及一切侮辱、艱難、窘迫、困苦、皆所甘受。蓋吾之弱、正吾之所以強也。

蓋爾等惟互相求榮、不求惟天主能賜之榮、又安能信道乎？

迨家主一興而扃其門、爾等始立門外而叩曰：「主為我啟。」主將答曰：「吾不識爾為何許人也。」爾將曰：「吾嘗飲食於爾前、爾嘗施訓於吾巷矣。」彼將語爾曰：「吾實不識爾為何許人也。作惡之徒、其悉離吾！」

至是、人子之標幟、見於中天。時率土眾民、咸將哀泣、見人子威靈顯赫駕雲而降、遣天神吹角、發音洪亮、集簡選之人於四方、自天此極、至天彼極。

於烈燄中行施報應。凡不識天主、不願服膺吾主耶穌基督之福音者、皆將受刑、必至永遠沉淪、自絕於主之聖顏及其威光。主臨之日、一切諸聖、皆當映其光輝、凡信之者、皆當彰其大德；是乃吾等之所傳、而爾等之所信也。
