而爾曹則擯絕之於比辣多之前者也。爾曹擯絕神聖之義者、而求釋兇暴；爾曹殘殺生命之主、而天主則已使之起死回生吾儕實為其證。

今希祿與般雀‧比辣多果率異邦及義塞之人民、群集於城、反抗爾之聖子耶穌即爾所膏沐、以奉行爾所手訂之聖謨者也。

降蒞領域。見拒屬民。

何列邦之擾攘兮。何萬民之猖狂。世酋蠭起兮。跋扈飛揚。共圖背叛天主兮。反抗受命之王。曰吾儕豈長甘羈絆兮。盍解其縛而脫其繮。

至我諸仇、不願予為其王者、曳來誅于吾前。」』

爾若不見容於世、應念予亦未始見容於世也。
