Before he left, he called together ten of his servants and divided among them ten pounds of silver, saying,‘ Invest this for me while I am gone.’

我是耶稣基督的奴仆和使徒西门·彼得，写信给借着我们的上帝和救主耶稣基督的义，与我们得到同样宝贵信心的人。

要互相接待，不发怨言，按着自己所得的恩赐彼此服侍，做上帝各样恩典的好管家。能讲道的，要按着上帝的话去讲；能服侍人的，要本着上帝所赐的力量去服侍。这样，上帝会借着耶稣基督在一切的事上得到荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归于祂，直到永永远远。阿们！

谁要事奉我，就要跟从我。我在哪里，事奉我的人也要在哪里。我父必尊重事奉我的人。

“天国就像一个人即将远行，他召来自己的奴仆，把产业托付给他们，按各人的才干分别交给一个人五千银币，一个人两千银币，一个人一千银币，然后便离开了。

我现在是要赢得人的赞同吗？还是要赢得上帝的赞同？难道我是要讨好人吗？如果我仍旧要讨好人，我就不是基督的奴仆了。

我是做上帝和主耶稣基督奴仆的雅各，问候散居各地的十二支派的人。

我们照所得的恩典各有不同的恩赐。说预言的，要按着信心的程度说预言；服侍的，要忠心服侍；教导的，要专一教导；劝勉的，要诚心劝勉；施舍的，要慷慨施舍；治理的，要殷勤治理；怜悯的，要甘心怜悯。

圣灵给各人不同的恩赐为要使众人得益处。这人从圣灵领受智言，那人从圣灵领受知识；圣灵赐这人信心，赐那人医病的恩赐；圣灵使这人能行神迹，使那人能做先知讲道；使这人能辨别诸灵，使那人能说方言，又使另一人能翻译方言。这一切都是同一位圣灵所赐的，是祂按自己的旨意分别赐给各人的。

上帝在教会中设立的第一是使徒，第二是先知，第三是教师，其次是行神迹的，然后是有医病恩赐的，帮助别人的，管理事务的，说各种方言的。岂是都做使徒吗？都做先知吗？都做教师吗？都行神迹吗？
