『審判案件時、你不可行不公道的事；不可徇窮困人的情面，也不可看重大人物的情面；只要按公義審判你的同伴。

“你们施行审判，不可行不义；不可偏护穷人，也不可重看有势力的人，只要按着公义审判你的邻舍。

“你们审判的时候，不可不公正；不可偏护贫穷人，也不可看重有权势人的脸，总要公平审判你的邻舍。

不可徇私枉法，不可偏袒穷人，不可谄媚权贵之人，要秉公审判。

“‘ Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.

“‘ Do not make something wrong appear to be right. Treat poor people and rich people in the same way. Do not favor one person over another. Instead, judge everyone fairly.

“ You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.

“ Do not twist justice in legal matters by favoring the poor or being partial to the rich and powerful. Always judge people fairly.

“ Do not act unjustly when deciding a case. Do not be partial to the poor or give preference to the rich; judge your neighbor fairly.

‘ You shall not do injustice in judgment; you shall not show partiality to the poor nor give preference to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly.

‘ You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty. In righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

“ You must not act unjustly when deciding a case. Do not be partial to the poor or give preference to the rich; judge your neighbor fairly.

審判的時候、不可看人的外貌；聽訟無論是聽卑小的，還是聽尊大的、都要一樣；不可怕人的情面，因為審判是屬於上帝的；你們認為難辦的案件、可以呈到我這裏來，我就判斷。」

以下這些話也是智慧人的說的。審判時看人的外貌、很不好。

『在審判案件上、在尺秤量器上、你們不可行不公道的事。

你不可屈枉正直；不可看人的外貌；不可收受賄賂，因為賄賂能使智慧人的眼變瞎，能使義人的案件顛倒。

『不可在你的窮人的爭訟上屈枉正直。要遠離虛假的事；不可殺無辜和正義的人，因為我必不以惡人為無罪。不可受賄賂，因為賄賂能使明眼人變瞎，又能顛倒義人的案件。

不可隨眾行壞事；不可在爭訟的事上隨眾偏行，作證屈枉正直；也不可在爭訟的事上偏護貧寒人。

『你們不按公義而審判，只徇惡人的情面，要到幾時呢？（細拉）

你們呢、反倒侮辱窮人。豈不是富足人壓制你們，拖你們上法庭麼？豈不是他們毁謗你們被稱的尊貴名號麼？固然囉，你們如果依照經上所記『愛鄰舍如同你自己』的話、行盡了賦有王權的律法，那好極了！不過你們若是以貌取人，便是犯罪，被律法定為犯法的人了。

『「對寄居者和孤兒寡婦屈枉正直的、必受咒詛」；眾民都要說：「阿們。」

『你提包裏不可有一種法碼、又另有一種法碼，一大一小。你家裏不可有一種升斗、又另有一種升斗，一大一小。你要有足重公道的法碼；有足重公道的升斗，好使你在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的土地、得享長壽。因為凡行這些事的、凡行不公道事的人、都是永恆主你的上帝所厭惡的。

瞻徇惡人的情面很不好；屈枉義人之正直很不對。

對審判官說：『你們所作的、你們要看清楚；因為你們判斷、不是為了人，乃是為了永恆主；你們說判斷話時候、永恆主是和你們同在的。現在你們對永恆主要有畏懼的心；你們要謹慎辦事；因為永恆主我們的上帝無不公道；他不以貌取人，也不受賄賂。』

你並且要從眾民之間物色有才德敬畏上帝的人、可信可靠、恨惡不義之財的人，設立他們為千夫長、百夫長、五十夫長、十夫長，去管理眾民；
