若不獲盜、則當使代守之家主、至士師前、詰問曾取人之物否、凡失之物、無論牛羊驢衣服、若失主認為屬己者、當在士師前、兩造呈訴、聽士師判定、償之維倍、○

行不義而建宮、行不公而造樓、徒用人力、不償工值者、斯人必禍、

貧者既貧、或作無勢力者既無勢力勿加淩虐、勿在公庭、公庭原文作城門欺凌窮苦之人、

或拾人所遺、誑言未拾、若於此諸端、妄誓獲罪、

勿越理欺兄弟、凡如此之事、天主必施報、此我儕已明告爾而警戒爾、

畜之主若同在、則不償、若僱者、畜之主既受其值、亦無庸償、○

若被野獸噬斃、則當攜以為證、所噬斃者不償、

毋欺外邦客旅、毋凌虐之、因爾在伊及國、亦曾為客旅、

曰、定賦之外勿取、
