昔予有罪、爾降以罰、今予喪瞻、長歎不已兮、彼有罪戾、爾鑒察之、罰彼毋緩、與我無異兮。

願其諸惡、陳現主前、因我罪愆、主降我以災、願主待彼亦若是、因我嗟嘆不已、憂心慘慘、

“ Let all their wickedness come before you; deal with them as you have dealt with me because of all my sins. My groans are many and my heart is faint.”

“ Please pay attention to all their sinful ways. Punish them as you have punished me. You judged me because I had committed so many sins. I groan all the time. And my heart is weak.”

願耶和華記住他祖輩的罪惡，不除去他母親的罪過。願耶和華永不忘記他的罪惡，把他從世上剷除。

我有無限憂愁，傷心欲絕。

我禱告說：「我們的上帝啊，求你垂聽，因為我們正在被人恥笑。求你使他們對我們的凌辱歸到他們自己頭上，使他們被擄到外邦。不要遮掩他們的惡行，也不要從你面前塗抹他們的罪惡，因為他們在這些建造的人面前惹你發怒。」

耶和華啊，你知道他們害我的各種詭計，求你不要赦免他們的罪過，不要饒恕他們的惡行。求你使他們倒在你面前，求你在烈怒中懲罰他們。

此情此景使我們黯然神傷，淚眼模糊。

他們大聲喊著說：「聖潔真實的主宰啊，還要等多久呢？為什麼你還不審判地上那些屠殺我們的人，為我們伸冤呢？」

求你向不認識你的列國和不求告你名的民族發烈怒，因為他們吞噬、毀滅雅各，使他的家園一片荒涼。

錫安的居民說：「巴比倫人殘暴地對待我們，願他們受報應。」耶路撒冷人說：「願迦勒底人償還我們的血債。」

「祂從高天降下火來，焚燒我的骨頭；祂在我腳前設下網羅，使我返回；祂使我淒涼孤寂，終日痛苦。

人們都必雙手發軟，膽戰心驚，

耶和華啊，求你記住耶路撒冷淪陷時以東人的行徑。他們喊道：「拆毀這城，把它夷為平地！」巴比倫城啊，你快要滅亡了，那向你以牙還牙為我們復仇的人有福了！那抓住你的嬰孩摔在石頭上的人有福了！

所以，我請求各位不要因我為你們受苦而沮喪，這其實是你們的榮耀。

樹木青蔥的時候，他們尚且做這些事，樹木枯乾的時候，又會怎樣呢？」
