耶路撒冷王亞多尼洗德、聞約書亞取艾盡滅之、待艾與王、如昔之待耶利哥及其王然、亦聞基遍居民與以色列人修好、而處其中、

列邦歟、任爾喧譁、終歸糜爛、遠人歟、爾其傾聽、任爾束腰、而遭糜爛、任爾束腰、而遭糜爛、任爾共謀、終歸無成、任爾發言、終必不立、因上帝偕我儕也、

出惑在地四極之邦、即歌革與瑪各也、且集之以戰、其數如海沙焉、遂遊行地上、圍聖徒之營、與蒙愛之邑、有火降自天而滅之、惑之之魔、被投於火與硫之湖、獸及偽先知亦在焉、晝夜痛苦、以至世世、○

久之、猶太人共議殺掃羅、掃羅知其謀、眾晝夜伺於邑門、欲殺之、於是門徒夜攜掃羅、以筐自牆縋之下、○掃羅至耶路撒冷、試納交於門徒、眾皆懼之、不信其為門徒也、惟巴拿巴引之就使徒、以其途中如何見主、主與之言、及在大馬色、以耶穌名如何毅然宣傳、悉述之、

彼乃諸鬼之靈、能行諸兆、出附天下諸王、集於全能上帝大日之戰、

彼見爾不同其流蕩無度、則異而謗之、

遂語其徒曰、欲從我者、當克己負其十架以從、

島嶼之眾、見之而懼、地極之民、無不戰慄、咸來會集、互相輔助、互相勸勉、曰壯乃心、木工勉金工、司錘磨光者、勉擊砧者、論銲工曰、銲則善矣、遂釘之以釘、使不動搖、○

爾若屬世、世必愛屬己者、爾非屬世、乃我選爾出乎世、故世惡爾焉、

凡欲宗基督耶穌敬虔度生者、必受窘逐、

淫亂者乎、爾豈不知友於世、乃敵上帝乎、凡欲為世之友者、自為上帝敵也、

人將逐爾出會、且時將至、殺爾者、自以為事上帝也、如是因其未識父與我也、

呼曰、以色列人其助之、此乃徧處教眾、敵民與律、及斯殿者、又引希利尼人進殿、污此聖所、
