So Adoni-Zedek king of Jerusalem appealed to Hoham king of Hebron, Piram king of Jarmuth, Japhia king of Lachish and Debir king of Eglon.

So Adoni- Zedek, the king of Jerusalem, made an appeal to Hoham, the king of Hebron. He appealed to Piram, the king of Jarmuth. He appealed to Japhia, the king of Lachish. He also made an appeal to Debir, the king of Eglon.

So Adoni-zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, to Piram king of Jarmuth, to Japhia king of Lachish, and to Debir king of Eglon, saying,

So King Adoni zedek of Jerusalem sent messengers to several other kings: Hoham of Hebron, Piram of Jarmuth, Japhia of Lachish, and Debir of Eglon.

Therefore King Adoni-zedek of Jerusalem sent word to King Hoham of Hebron, King Piram of Jarmuth, King Japhia of Lachish, and King Debir of Eglon, saying,

So King Adoni-Zedek of Jerusalem sent this message to King Hoham of Hebron, King Piram of Jarmuth, King Japhia of Lachish, and King Debir of Eglon:

Therefore Adoni- Zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, Piram king of Jarmuth, Japhia king of Lachish, and Debir king of Eglon, saying,

拉吉居民歟、其以快馬駕車、錫安女獲罪、始於拉吉、以色列之罪戾、肇見於爾中、

亞多萊音、拉吉、亞細加、

耶末、亞杜蘭、梭哥、亞西加、沙拉音、亞底他音、基底拉、基底羅他音、共十四邑、與其鄉里、洗楠、哈大沙、麥大迦得、底連、米斯巴、約帖、拉吉、波斯加、伊磯倫、

轉而南向、至希伯崙、此邑之建、前於埃及之瑣安七年、在彼有亞衲族亞希幔、示篩、撻買、

希伯崙昔名基列亞巴邑、在亞衲族中、亞巴為至大、厥後其地息戰、

耶路撒冷王亞多尼洗德、聞約書亞取艾盡滅之、待艾與王、如昔之待耶利哥及其王然、亦聞基遍居民與以色列人修好、而處其中、

耶路撒冷王、希伯崙王、耶末王、拉吉王、伊磯倫王、基色王、底璧王、基德王、

洗拉、以利弗、耶布斯、即耶路撒冷、基比亞、基列、共十四邑、與其鄉里、此乃便雅憫裔之業、循其室家、

居耶路撒冷之耶布斯人、猶大人不能逐之、與之同居耶路撒冷、至於今日、

曰、往觀諸兄、及羣羊安否、而返告我、遂由希伯崙谷遣之、乃往示劍、

猶大王希西家遣使往拉吉、見亞述王曰、我獲罪矣、求爾離我、凡爾加諸我者、我必負之、亞述王遂定猶大王希西家納銀三百他連得、金三十他連得、

宏他、基列亞巴、即希伯崙、洗珥、共九邑、與其鄉里、

大衛在希伯崙為猶大族王、歷七年有六月、○

卒於迦南之基列亞巴、即希伯崙、亞伯拉罕來、為之哀哭、

亞摩利五王、即耶路撒冷王、希伯崙王、耶末王、拉吉王、伊磯倫王、遂相會集、率諸軍往基遍、建營攻之、

亞述王遣他珥探、拉伯撒利、拉伯沙基、統率大軍、自拉吉至耶路撒冷、攻希西家王、既至耶路撒冷、立於上沼之溝旁、漂工田之大路、
