追襲我者、疾於天鷹兮、逐我於山、伺我於野兮、我之鼻息、即耶和華之受膏者、陷於其阱兮、我嘗言之、我必在其蔭下、處於列邦之中兮、

我見主立於壇側曰、擊柱頂以震門閾、俾其折碎、墮於眾首、我必以刃戮其遺民、無一能逃、無一得避、彼雖穿穴入於陰府、我手必取之、雖攀至高天、我必降之、雖匿於迦密之巔、我必搜而出之、雖避我目、藏於海底、我必命蛇齧之、雖被虜於敵前、我必命刃殺之、我注目視之、乃為殃、非為祥也、

迦勒底軍旅追之、追及西底家於耶利哥平原、執之、攜至哈馬地之利比拉、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒所、而審鞫之、

其中之君、將乘昏夜、負荷而出、彼必穿垣、由此移物、亦必蒙面、蓋彼不得見斯土也、我必張網於其上、陷之於我擭、曳至迦勒底地之巴比倫、彼雖死於其地、而不得見之、彼之侍衛、及其軍旅、我必散之於四方、拔刃襲於其後、

耶利米謂西底家王曰、我何所干罪於爾、或爾臣僕、或庶民、致幽我於獄耶、

疾趨者不得避所、強壯者不得施力、剛勇者不能自救、執弓者不得屹立、捷足者不得脫逃、乘馬者不能自救、

必張我網於其上、陷之於我擭、曳至巴比倫、在彼鞫其逆我之罪、其軍中之遁者、必隕於刃、遺民散於四方、爾則知乃我耶和華所言也、○
