他必向列國豎起旗幟，招聚被驅散的以色列人，又從地的四角聚集被分散的猶大人。以法蓮的嫉妒必消失，猶大的敵視必被剪除；以法蓮必不再嫉妒猶大，猶大也不再敵視以法蓮。

我沒有在隱祕處、沒有在黑暗之地說話，也沒有對雅各的後裔說：『你們在空虛中尋找我吧！』我耶和華講說公義，宣告正直。

當趁著耶和華還能被找到的時候尋找他，趁著他還在近處的時候呼求他！

一個城市的居民將到另一個城市去說：「我們快去懇求耶和華的恩寵，尋求萬軍之耶和華吧！我也去！」必有許多的民和強盛的國家前來，在耶路撒冷尋求萬軍之耶和華，懇求耶和華的恩寵。』萬軍之耶和華如此說：『在那些日子，列國的語言群體中，必有十個人抓住一個猶太人的衣襟，說：讓我們與你們同去，因為我們聽說神與你們同在。』」

因為報復之日已在我心中，我的救贖之年已經來到。

「我必把恩惠和懇求的靈傾注於大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民。他們將仰望我，就是他們所刺的那一位。他們將為他哀哭，哀號如喪獨生子；他們將為他悲痛，悲痛如喪長子。

你們應當難過、悲傷、痛哭；把你們的歡笑變為悲傷，快樂變為憂悶。

耶和華啊，求你使我們這些被擄之人回歸，好像南地的水回流！流淚撒種的，必歡呼收割。那扛著種子、哭泣著出去的，必定扛著禾捆，歡呼著回來。

你們當尋求耶和華和他的力量，一直尋求他的榮面。

耶和華必憐憫雅各，再次揀選以色列，把他們安置在他們自己的土地；寄居者必與他們結合，依附於雅各家。
