“你去告诉古实人以伯‧米勒说，万军之耶和华—以色列的神如此说：看哪，我说降祸不降福的话必临到这城，到那时必在你面前实现。

“你去告诉古实人以伯·米勒，以色列的上帝——万军之耶和华说，‘看啊，我必照我说的使这城遭受灾祸，得不到祝福。你必亲眼看见这一切发生。’

“你去告诉古实人以伯．米勒说：‘万军之耶和华以色列的神这样说：看哪！我必在这城实现我的话，降祸不降福；到那日，这一切都必在你面前实现。

『你去告訴古實人以伯米勒說：「萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：看吧，我必使我所說降禍不降福的話臨到這城，到那日子就會實現在你面前。

往告古實人以伯米勒云、萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華云、我言降災於斯邑、必有效驗、俾爾目睹、

萬有之主以色列之天主如是云、我言降災不降福於斯邑、必有效驗、使爾目睹、

“ Go and tell Ebed- Melek the Cushite,‘ This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I am about to fulfill my words against this city— words concerning disaster, not prosperity. At that time they will be fulfilled before your eyes.

“ Go. Speak to Ebed- Melek the Cushite. Tell him,‘ The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ I am about to make the words I spoke against this city come true. I will not give success to it. Instead, I will bring horrible trouble on it. At that time my words will come true. You will see it with your own eyes.

“ Go, and say to Ebed-melech the Ethiopian,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will fulfill my words against this city for harm and not for good, and they shall be accomplished before you on that day.

“ Say to Ebed melech the Ethiopian,‘ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says: I will do to this city everything I have threatened. I will send disaster, not prosperity. You will see its destruction,

“ Go tell Ebed-melech the Cushite,‘ This is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says: I am about to fulfill my words for disaster and not for good against this city. They will take place before your eyes on that day.

“ Go and speak to Ebed melech the Ethiopian, saying,‘ This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ Behold, I am going to bring My words on this city for disaster and not for prosperity; and they will take place before you on that day.

“ Go and speak to Ebed-Melech the Ethiopian, saying,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ Behold, I will bring My words upon this city for adversity and not for good, and they shall be performed in that day before you.

Go, and speak to Ebed- melech the Ethiopian, saying, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will bring my words upon this city for evil, and not for good; and they shall be accomplished before thee in that day.

“ Go tell Ebed-melech the Cushite: This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: I am about to fulfill My words for harm and not for good against this city. They will take place before your eyes on that day.

Go and speak to Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring my words upon this city for evil, and not for good; and they shall be[ accomplished] in that day before thee.

“ Go and tell Ebed-Melech the Ethiopian,‘ The LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,“ I will carry out against this city what I promised. It will mean disaster and not good fortune for it. When that disaster happens, you will be there to see it.

“ Go, and speak to Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, saying,‘ Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says:“ Behold, I will bring my words on this city for evil, and not for good; and they will be accomplished before you in that day.

彼對我儕、及鞫我之士師所言者、今則成之、而降大災於我、耶路撒冷所遘之災、天下未嘗遭焉、

惟我所命我僕諸先知之言詞典章、豈非及於爾列祖乎、彼則悛改曰、萬軍之耶和華欲依我所行所為、而施行於我、已若是待我矣、○

應耶和華藉耶利米口所言、斯土享其安息、蓋地荒蕪、得其安息、盈七十年、○

又有基列耶琳人、示瑪雅子烏利亞、託耶和華名、對此邑此地預言、其詞悉同於耶利米、

耶和華曰、我必命之復返是邑、攻而取之、焚之以火、我亦必使猶大諸邑荒蕪、無人居處、

至於無花果之劣而不可食者、耶和華曰、此若猶大王西底家、與其牧伯、及耶路撒冷遺民、居於斯土之眾、與旅於埃及者、我必付之於敵、播散於天下萬國、俾遭禍害、在我驅至之處、受凌辱、為話柄、被訕笑、服呪詛、亦必加以鋒刃、饑饉疫癘、迨其滅於我所錫彼、及其列祖之地、

今我將行舉世必行之路、爾乃一心一意、知爾上帝耶和華所許賜爾之福、無或少遺、無一弗應、爾上帝耶和華所許之福既已臨爾、諸禍亦必臨爾、迨爾上帝耶和華滅絕爾、於其所賜之美地、

以色列之上帝耶和華曰、往告猶大王西底家曰、耶和華云、我必付是邑於巴比倫王手、彼將焚之以火、爾不得脫於其手、必見執而付於其手、爾目觀巴比倫王之目、彼與爾言、以口對口、爾必至巴比倫、

故萬軍之上帝耶和華、以色列之上帝曰、我必降所言之災於猶大人、及耶路撒冷居民、以我諭之而彼不聽、召之而彼不應也、

當猶大王希西家時、摩利沙人彌迦預言、告猶大眾曰、萬軍之耶和華云、錫安必被耕、有若田疇、耶路撒冷為墟、聖室之山、猶林中之崇邱、

我敵遭報、我得目睹、攻我之惡黨受罰、我已耳聞兮、

耶和華曰、我必付是邑於迦勒底人、及巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒之手、彼必至而取之、攻斯邑之迦勒底人、必縱火焚之、爰及屋宇、民在其巔、焚香於巴力、灌奠於他神、激我震怒之所、

故萬軍之上帝耶和華曰、為彼言是、我必使我言在爾口為火、斯民為薪而焚之、

告之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、我必如是毀斯民斯邑、若人毀陶人之器、不能復完、人必葬屍於陀斐特、致無隙地、耶和華曰、我必若是待斯土、與其居民、使此邑如陀斐特、

天地必廢、我言不廢、

時、王坐於便雅憫門、王宮宦豎、古實人以伯米勒、聞耶利米囚於井、則出王宮、告王曰、我主我王歟、彼眾於先知耶利米、所行皆惡、下之於井、邑中乏糧、恐其因饑而死焉、王命古實人以伯米勒曰、爾自此率三十人往、在先知耶利米未死之先、出之於井、以伯米勒遂率其人而往、入王宮、至庫下、取敝布及舊衣、以繩縋之於井、至耶利米所、古實人以伯米勒謂耶利米曰、以此敝布舊衣、置爾腋下、繫之以繩、耶利米依此而行、眾以繩曳之出井、耶利米則居於護軍之院、○

我必因其罪愆罰之、與其子孫臣僕、降所言之災於彼、及耶路撒冷居民、猶大之眾、而彼不聽、

耶和華曰、厥後、我必以猶大王西底家、暨其臣僕庶民、凡在邑中、疫癘鋒刃饑饉之餘、悉付於巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、與其諸敵、及索其命者之手、巴比倫王必擊之以刃、不惜之、不憐之、不加矜憫、○又當告斯民曰、耶和華云、我以生道死道、陳於爾前、凡居此邑者、必亡於鋒刃饑饉疫癘、惟出而歸圍爾之迦勒底人者、必得生存、獲其生命、如獲掠物、耶和華曰、我乃注目此邑、必加以禍、不加以福、付於巴比倫王手、焚之以火、○

惟當深知、若致我於死、則必使無辜之血、歸於爾身、與斯邑、及其居民、蓋耶和華誠遣我、以此諸言告爾、俾爾聞之、

脫於鋒刃、自埃及返猶大者、為數無幾、猶大遺民、入埃及而居者、必知伊誰之言得應、我之言歟、抑彼之言歟、耶和華曰、我必罰爾於斯土、有兆可徵、使爾知我所言降禍於爾、其言必應、

惟得目睹、而觀惡人受報兮、爾以耶和華為避所、以至高者為居所、
