But I will rescue you on that day, declares the Lord; you will not be given into the hands of those you fear.

爾遇六災、彼必救之、即遭七難、禍不及身、饑時拯爾於死亡、戰時脫爾於鋒刃、口舌之害、爾得避匿、災禍臨時、爾無畏懼、

大衛曰、我處窘迫之境、耶和華矜恤維大、願陷於其手、勿陷於人手、

彼必攻爾而不勝、蓋我與爾偕、以拯爾也、耶和華言之矣、

嗣後耶和華於異象中、諭亞伯蘭曰、亞伯蘭歟、毋懼、我為爾盾、大賚於爾、

我主我王歟、彼眾於先知耶利米、所行皆惡、下之於井、邑中乏糧、恐其因饑而死焉、

願主矜恤阿尼色弗家、彼屢慰我、不以我縲絏為恥、在羅馬時、殷勤覓我而遇之、願主令蒙矜恤於乃日、彼在以弗所多方事我、爾知之稔矣、

接爾者、即接我、接我者、即接遣我者也、接先知、以其為先知者、得先知之賞、接義人、以其為義人者、得義人之賞、第以杯水飲此小子之一、以其為吾徒也、我誠語汝、彼必不失其賞也、

王將謂之曰、我誠語汝、既行之於我兄弟至微之一、即行之於我也、

王乃出命、則攜但以理至、投於獅洞、王謂但以理曰、爾所恆事之上帝必救爾、
