人子、耶路撒冷居民告爾同儕同族、以色列族全家、云、耶和華駐蹕之所、爾曹離逖之、惟我得斯土而居焉。爾當告之曰、我耶和華雖驅斯民於遠邦、散之於異族、亦必於所至之地暫施扞禦。復告之曰、我耶和華必自離散之所、撫集爾眾、使以色列族之地、仍能恢復。
