藐視你話之人的羞辱呀。消滅他們吧，使你的話成了我的喜樂，我心中所歡喜的哦；因為永恆主萬軍之上帝啊，我是稱為你名下的人呀。

我制止我的腳、不走任何壞路，好使我遵守你的話。你的典章我沒有偏離；因為是你指教了我。你的訓言多麼甜美、合我口味啊！它在我口中比蜜更甜。

他嘴脣的命令我未曾離棄；我口中說的話我珍藏於胸懷裏。

比金子可羨慕，比許多鍊淨的金子還可愛；比蜜甘甜，比蜂房滴下的還甜。

我以你的法度為我永遠的產業；因為這是我心中所喜悅的。

我多麼愛你的律法呀！那是我終日不斷默想的。

你親口說的律法於我有益，勝過千萬金銀。

你為甚麼像驟然喫驚的人，像不能拯救人的勇士呢？其實、永恆主啊，你乃是在我們中間的，我們也稱為你名下的人呀；不要離開我們吧！』
