高傲的眼睛，撒谎的舌头，杀害无辜的手，

因为从里面，就是从人的心里能够生出恶念、苟合、偷盗、谋杀、通奸、贪婪、邪恶、诡诈、放荡、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、狂妄。

杀人流血，脚步飞快；所到之处，大肆毁灭；平安之路，他们未曾知道；

因为他们奔向罪恶，急速地去杀人流血。

愚人的计谋是罪恶，人人都厌恶嘲讽者。

你们的手染满了血污，手指沾满了罪恶。你们的嘴唇吐出谎言，舌头嘀咕恶事。

“‘看啊，在你城中的以色列首领各逞权势，杀人流血。

你国中再没有暴力，境内再没有破坏和毁灭的事；你必给你的城墙取名叫‘拯救’，给你的城门取名叫‘赞美’。

这样，你们自己证明自己是杀害先知之人的后代。去填满你们祖先的罪恶吧！你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇的后代啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？“看啊，我派先知、智者和律法教师到你们当中，有的会遭到你们的杀害，被你们钉在十字架上；有的会在会堂里被你们鞭打，被你们从这城追到那城。因此，所有义人在地上所流的血，就是从义人亚伯的血，直到你们在圣所和祭坛之间所杀的巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血，都要归到你们身上。我实在告诉你们，这一切的罪责都要归到这个世代。“耶路撒冷啊！耶路撒冷啊！你常杀害先知，又用石头打死派到你那里的使者。我多次想要招聚你的儿女，像母鸡将小鸡聚集在翅膀底下，可是你们却不肯。

我又见她醉了，因她喝了众圣徒的血，就是为耶稣做见证之人的血。我看见她，非常惊奇。

可是，你一心贪图不义之财，滥杀无辜，横征暴敛。”

彼得责备他说：“你和你的钱都一同毁灭吧！因为你以为可以用钱买上帝的恩赐！你在上帝面前心术不正，休想在我们的事工上有份。你要悔改，离弃邪恶，向主祷告，或许主会赦免你心中的邪念。

这都是因为她的先知和祭司的罪行。他们在城中杀害义人。

耶和华憎恨恶人的意念，喜爱纯洁的言语。

祂回答说：“以色列和犹大人罪大恶极，遍地是血腥，满城是冤屈，他们说，‘耶和华丢弃了这片土地，祂看不见我们。’
