Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him; he has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days; the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

耶和華願損傷之、俾遘病患、彼獻己生為贖罪祭、必見厥裔、其壽綿長、耶和華之志、藉其手而大成、

斯實耶和華之旨、使之糜爛、憂心悄悄、獻祭贖罪、可享遐齡、若子若孫、熾昌弗絕、耶和華之志、無不大成。

主願使之受折磨、受苦楚、以己身獻為贖罪祭後、必得見後裔、壽命綿延、主之志必藉以大成、主之志必藉以大成或作其手所行主之事無不亨通

Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.

The Lord says,“ It was my plan to crush him and cause him to suffer. I made his life an offering to pay for sin. But he will see all his children after him. In fact, he will continue to live. My plan will be brought about through him.

But it was the Lord’s good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands.

Yet the LORD was pleased to crush him severely. When you make him a guilt offering, he will see his seed, he will prolong his days, and by his hand, the LORD’s pleasure will be accomplished.

But the Lord desired To crush Him, causing Him grief; If He renders Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the Lord will prosper in His hand.

Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief. When You make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.

Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand.

Yet the Lord was pleased to crush Him severely. When You make Him a restitution offering, He will see His seed, He will prolong His days, and by His hand, the Lord’s pleasure will be accomplished.

Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put[ him] to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see[ his] seed, he shall prolong[ his] days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

Though the LORD desired to crush him and make him ill, once restitution is made, he will see descendants and enjoy long life, and the LORD’s purpose will be accomplished through him.

Yet it pleased Yahweh to bruise him. He has caused him to suffer. When you make his soul an offering for sin, he will see his offspring. He will prolong his days and Yahweh’s pleasure will prosper in his hand.

He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us— for it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—

he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,

He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned— every one— to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

“ Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, against the man who stands next to me,” declares the Lord of hosts.“ Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; I will turn my hand against the little ones.

We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him.

We have an altar from which those who serve the tent have no right to eat.For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy places by the high priest as a sacrifice for sin are burned outside the camp.So Jesus also suffered outside the gate in order to sanctify the people through his own blood.

Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors.

Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.

and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.

All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me.And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day.For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”

declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying,‘ My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’

Behold my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights; I have put my Spirit upon him; he will bring forth justice to the nations.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.

And bring the fattened calf and kill it, and let us eat and celebrate.For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate.

In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them,‘ Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.’Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.

and behold, a voice from heaven said,“ This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

in burnt offerings and sin offerings you have taken no pleasure.Then I said,‘ Behold, I have come to do your will, O God, as it is written of me in the scroll of the book.’”When he said above,“ You have neither desired nor taken pleasure in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings”( these are offered according to the law),then he added,“ Behold, I have come to do your will.” He does away with the first in order to establish the second.And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,

God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it.For David says concerning him,“‘ I saw the Lord always before me, for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken;therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; my flesh also will dwell in hope.For you will not abandon my soul to Hades, or let your Holy One see corruption.You have made known to me the paths of life; you will make me full of gladness with your presence.’

Posterity shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation;

He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said,“ This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”

making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.

For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.

so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.“ For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for the Lord, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

In place of your fathers shall be your sons; you will make them princes in all the earth.I will cause your name to be remembered in all generations; therefore nations will praise you forever and ever.

“ I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him.And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed.

but the Lord takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his steadfast love.

Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel?

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love.

I will rejoice in doing them good, and I will plant them in this land in faithfulness, with all my heart and all my soul.

And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

“ Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place.

I will establish his offspring forever and his throne as the days of the heavens.

They shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there forever, and David my servant shall be their prince forever.

Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure.For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption.You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he offered up himself.

Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours.

In his days may the righteous flourish, and peace abound, till the moon be no more!

He asked life of you; you gave it to him, length of days forever and ever.

You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.You shall no more be termed Forsaken, and your land shall no more be termed Desolate, but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her, and your land Married; for the Lord delights in you, and your land shall be married.For as a young man marries a young woman, so shall your sons marry you, and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.

To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power,

And again,“ I will put my trust in him.” And again,“ Behold, I and the children God has given me.”

For they persecute him whom you have struck down, and they recount the pain of those you have wounded.

Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.

and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”

May his name endure forever, his fame continue as long as the sun! May people be blessed in him, all nations call him blessed!

Steadfast love and faithfulness meet; righteousness and peace kiss each other.Faithfulness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky.Yes, the Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its increase.

His offspring shall endure forever, his throne as long as the sun before me.

Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own,for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
