And now, what do I have here,” declares the Lord,“ seeing that My people have been taken away without reason?” Again the Lord declares,“ Those who rule over them howl, and My name is continually reviled all day long.

现在这情形对我有什么意义！”这是耶和华的宣告。“我的子民被人无偿地带走；管辖他们的人在号叫；我的名终日不断地被藐视。”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶和華曰、我民既無因而被虜、轄之者譁然而呼、終日恆瀆我名、我將何為乎、

今我民無因見虜、強暴之人、恆凟我名、譁然不靖、我將何以處之。

主曰、今我民無故被擄、轄之者、喜樂陶陶、我名終日恆被褻瀆、我在此徒處何為、

“ And now what do I have here?” declares the Lord.“ For my people have been taken away for nothing, and those who rule them mock,” declares the Lord.“ And all day long my name is constantly blasphemed.

“ Now look at what has happened to them,” announces the Lord.“ Once again my people have been taken away. And no one paid anything for them. Those who rule over them brag about it,” announces the Lord.“ All day long without stopping, people speak evil things against my name.

Now therefore what have I here,” declares the Lord,“ seeing that my people are taken away for nothing? Their rulers wail,” declares the Lord,“ and continually all the day my name is despised.

What is this?” asks the Lord.“ Why are my people enslaved again? Those who rule them shout in exultation. My name is blasphemed all day long.

So now what have I here”— this is the LORD’s declaration—“ that my people are taken away for nothing? Its rulers wail”— this is the LORD’s declaration—“ and my name is continually blasphemed all day long.

Now therefore, what have I here,” says the Lord,“ That My people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them Make them wail,” says the Lord,“ And My name is blasphemed continually every day.

For“ the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” just as it is written.

But I acted for the sake of My name, that it would not be defiled in the sight of the nations among whom they lived, in whose sight I made Myself known to them by bringing them out of the land of Egypt.

When they came to the nations where they went, they profaned My holy name, because it was said of them,‘ These are the people of the Lord, yet they have left His land.’But I had concern for My holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations where they went.“ Therefore say to the house of Israel,‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ It is not for your sake, house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you went.And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,” declares the Lord God,“ when I show Myself holy among you in their sight.

But I acted for the sake of My name, so that it would not be defiled before the eyes of the nations, before whose eyes I had brought them out.

Because of the voice of one who taunts and reviles, Because of the presence of the enemy and the avenger.

I will put it into the hand of your tormentors, Who have said to you,‘ Lie down so that we may walk over you.’ You have also made your back like the ground, And like the street for those who walk over it.”

Now it came about in the course of those many days that the king of Egypt died. And the sons of Israel groaned because of the bondage, and they cried out; and their cry for help because of their bondage ascended to God.So God heard their groaning; and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

I was angry with My people, I profaned My heritage And handed them over to you. You did not show mercy to them, On the aged you made your yoke very heavy.

By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down and wept, When we remembered Zion.Upon the willows in the midst of it We hung our harps.

They have heard that I groan; There is no one to comfort me, All my enemies have heard of my disaster; They are joyful that You have done it. Oh, that You would bring the day which You have proclaimed, So that they will become like me.

How long, God, will the enemy taunt You? Shall the enemy treat Your name disrespectfully forever?

In fierce anger He has cut off All the strength of Israel; He has pulled back His right hand From the enemy. And He has burned in Jacob like a flaming fire Consuming on all sides.

“ Israel is a scattered flock, the lions have driven them away. The first one who devoured him was the king of Assyria, and this last one who has gnawed his bones is Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.

And on that day,” declares the Lord,“ There will be the sound of a cry from the Fish Gate, Wailing from the Second Quarter, And a loud crash from the hills.

Young men worked at the grinding mill, And youths staggered under loads of wood.Elders are absent from the gate, Young men from their music.The joy of our hearts has ended; Our dancing has been turned into mourning.

For this is what the Lord says:“ You were sold for nothing, and you will be redeemed without money.”

But I know your sitting down, Your going out, your coming in, And your raging against Me.

Remember this, Lord, that the enemy has taunted You, And a foolish people has treated Your name disrespectfully.

You sell Your people cheaply, And have not profited by their sale.

The Egyptians used violence to compel the sons of Israel to labor;and they made their lives bitter with hard labor in mortar and bricks and at all kinds of labor in the field, all their labors which they violently had them perform as slaves.Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, one of whom was named Shiphrah, and the other was named Puah;and he said,“ When you are helping the Hebrew women to give birth and see them upon the birthstool, if it is a son, then you shall put him to death; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.”

When they were near the house of Micah, they recognized the voice of the young man, the Levite; and they turned aside there and said to him,“ Who brought you here? And what are you doing in this place? And what do you have here?”

‘ What right do you have here, And whom do you have here, That you have cut out a tomb for yourself here, You who cut out a tomb on the height, You who carve a resting place for yourself in the rock?

And Isaiah said to them,“ This is what you shall say to your master:‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me.

Arise, God, and plead Your own cause; Remember how the foolish person taunts You all day long.Do not forget the voice of Your adversaries, The uproar of those who rise against You, which ascends continually.

Your sons have fainted, They lie helpless at the head of every street, Like an antelope in a net, Full of the wrath of the Lord, The rebuke of your God.

And the Lord said,“ I have certainly seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their outcry because of their taskmasters, for I am aware of their sufferings.
