故當是日、我民必識我名、必知應許者、乃我也、我在此矣、○

Therefore my people will know my name; therefore in that day they will know that it is I who foretold it. Yes, it is I.”

So the day will come when my people will really know the meaning of my name. They will know what kind of God I am. They will know that I told them ahead of time they would return to their land. They will know that it was I.”

Therefore my people shall know my name. Therefore in that day they shall know that it is I who speak; here I am.”

But I will reveal my name to my people, and they will come to know its power. Then at last they will recognize that I am the one who speaks to them.”

For this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel After those days, declares the Lord: I will put My laws into their minds, And write them on their hearts. And I will be their God, And they shall be My people.And they will not teach, each one his fellow citizen, And each one his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ For they will all know Me, From the least to the greatest of them.

When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, then I shall show Myself holy through them in the sight of the many nations.Then they will know that I am the Lord their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then I gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer.I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.

When I scatter them among the peoples, They will remember Me in distant countries, And they with their children will live and come back.I will bring them back from the land of Egypt And gather them from Assyria; And I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon Until no room can be found for them.And they will pass through the sea of distress And He will strike the waves in the sea, So that all the depths of the Nile will dry up; And the pride of Assyria will be brought down, And the scepter of Egypt will depart.And I will strengthen them in the Lord, And in His name they will walk,” declares the Lord.

Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves and caused you to come up out of your graves, My people.And I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life, and I will place you on your own land. Then you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken and done it,” declares the Lord.’ ”

As is Your name, God, So is Your praise to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.

God is not a man, that He would lie, Nor a son of man, that He would change His mind; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

Behold, the former things have come to pass, Now I declare new things; Before they sprout I proclaim them to you.”

Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I have dealt with you in behalf of My name, not according to your evil ways or according to your corrupt deeds, house of Israel,” declares the Lord God.’ ”

And the Lord descended in the cloud and stood there with him as he called upon the name of the Lord.Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed,“ The Lord, the Lord God, compassionate and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in faithfulness and truth;who keeps faithfulness for thousands, who forgives wrongdoing, violation of His Law, and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, inflicting the punishment of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations.”

And He said,“ I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion to whom I will show compassion.”

Kings will be your guardians, And their princesses your nurses. They will bow down to you with their faces to the ground And lick the dust from your feet; And you will know that I am the Lord; Those who hopefully wait for Me will not be put to shame.

saying,“ indeed I will greatly bless you and I will greatly multiply you.”And so, having patiently waited, he obtained the promise.For people swear an oath by one greater than themselves, and with them an oath serving as confirmation is an end of every dispute.In the same way God, desiring even more to demonstrate to the heirs of the promise the fact that His purpose is unchangeable, confirmed it with an oath,so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.
